First off, when I called the service department I spoke with a very nice young lady, I believe her name was Amy but don’t quote me. When I arrived she met me in the service bay. She looked at my first co with a very nice young lady, I believe her name was Amy but don’t quote me. When I arrived she met me in the service bay. She looked at my first concern and was able to fix it herself, and as she indicated no charge for pulling a leaf out of my cabin filter area that was causing an awful noise when I turned on the fan. I also had an issue with the wiper pump. Another service rep had quoted me to fix it at my last visit but I didn’t have time that day. So he had them look at it again and gave me a quote that was over $400 more than the first time quote. They had time to do it but I wasn’t going to pay that $500 for a part that was $10 on Amazon even tho he said it would be difficult to get to. We negotiated the price to something more affordable for me and they were able to get the work done within 45 mins. More

Ive purchased quite a few vehicles in my time, and I have to say, hands down, this was the most pleasant experience. From the moment I submitted my online inquiry, the team was attentive without being pushy. to say, hands down, this was the most pleasant experience. From the moment I submitted my online inquiry, the team was attentive without being pushy. We started working with Norris, who was incredibly pleasant and kind. When he had to leave, Don took over, and he was equally wonderful. Honestly, Don was one of the nicest car salespeople I’ve ever encountered! The team did an excellent job of being informative without any pressure. The process took a few hours, which was longer than we expected, especially with our toddler in tow. But Kelly and Aaron were so kind to her and even took the time to entertain her with a little duck. Once we reached the finance department, we worked with George, who is just a ray of sunshine. He had markers and paper ready to keep our little one occupied. They have a comfortable lounge with snacks and drinks, though they didn’t have any gluten-free options. However, Kelly kindly gave our daughter some applesauce to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we felt well taken care of. Truly a great group of people! More

He was intentionally misleading and dishonest result department, but I can speak to my experience working with the young fella Vinny in service. Not the mention the assistant manager actually raised his voice and argued with us!!!! Don’t take your vehicle here. Make the extra drive to another dealership. More
