Our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica needs warranty work but the dealership cannot effectively diagnose the issue. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or laziness but we’ve had in in twice for a total of about 10 da dealership cannot effectively diagnose the issue. Shortly after driving off, we realized we had l While the sales agent we worked with was excellent, our experience afterward left much to be desired. Shortly after driving off, we realized we had left a vanity license plate on the front of our trade-in. When we contacted the sales agent, he kindly retrieved it for us and assured us it would be available at the dealership for pickup. However, we returned to retrieve the plate, only to learn that the sales agent had left the dealership. The manager informed us that the agent had asked them to hold onto the plate but admitted that he decided not to and threw everything away. When we questioned him about it, his response was shockingly rude and dismissive. He told us he didn’t care and even instructed us to leave. The way he treated my husband, who is an incredibly kind person, was appalling. He refused to offer any form of reimbursement; despite acknowledging he knew the plate should have been held. It’s not about the $30 plate (which was Denver Broncos and sentimental) but the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy we experienced. It felt as though we were treated indifferently because we had already completed our dealership review. That process itself was peculiar—a day before, someone from the dealership called and asked us to locate the survey and fill it out with perfect scores while they waited on the phone, insisting it be done immediately. At the time, we complied, but the situation felt very uncomfortable. I wanted to share this experience to highlight the inappropriate way the dealership seemingly coaches customers on survey responses and how poorly we were treated regarding a simple request to hold onto a license plate. I hope this feedback is helpful for others considering this dealership. Chrysler leadership has been notified. Proceed with caution. More
