They treated me like xxxx and wouldn't help me find a car because they thought I couldn't offer it. I purchased my new car in tri cities. All I wanted was for them to give figures on the vehicle I wanted to purchase,but said they wouldn't until they would pull my credit before they would even speak to me. Wow !! More

Service Rendered at CDJR of Walla Walla I was notified by e mail that it was time for my oil change and lube on the pre-owned Ford Flex I purchased there the beginning of March. I was havin I was notified by e mail that it was time for my oil change and lube on the pre-owned Ford Flex I purchased there the beginning of March. I was having issues with the CD player that did not seem to work. Kandi Gies took time out of her busy position and volunteered to come out to the car to see what the problem might be. She determined it was not fixable and told me another Ford Flex had had the same problem. She informed me where I could call to make arrangements for a new unit, but then she offered to make the call herself and she said she would contact me when the information she needed would come in. THAT'S professional and excellent service! More

They also made arrangements for affordable delivery to our door 8.5 hours away from Walla Walla, WA to Grants Pass, OR. The vehicle was everything he had represented accurately and we are very pleased with the entire purchase interaction experience with this amazing family owned dealership that raises the bar in personalized service.
