Service for oil change, tire rotation, filters, recall In walla walla, there was a dealer ( Not dodge, or chev) took a vehicle in for service, they said needed belts, timing, points plugs, radiator flush, In walla walla, there was a dealer ( Not dodge, or chev) took a vehicle in for service, they said needed belts, timing, points plugs, radiator flush, transmission flush, etc and needed new air and fuel filters--had just changed the air filter the day before. Needless to say never took this vehicle back for any service---This dealership has only replaced what is needed--I instructed that if I needed new air filters, etc please replace---they didn't needed to be replaced--its wonderful to know that this dealership is honest--will always be a loyal customer----(Thanks to service tech's, kandi and all of the staff) was friendly--easy to do business with-kind of fashioned customer service -nice to know it still exist. Great customer service from a great dealership. I was helping my mother-in-law buy a used car. She found a beautiful Subaru Outback at the dealership. To calibrate speedometet. I needed to re-calibrate my speedometer, as my tires are now back to stock size. This should have been simple. Buy the shop couldn't do it; and I h I needed to re-calibrate my speedometer, as my tires are now back to stock size. This should have been simple. Buy the shop couldn't do it; and I had to PAY for them to tell me that. The staff was most friendly,etc. But I was disappointed in their lack of knowledge on such a common vehical! More

My only complaint is that the means to schedule a pre-appointment and a designated time/date is not available, first come, first serve is prohibitive when not knowing what the waiting time will be under this criteria! Extremely inconvenient and iif I was not tied into a warranty plan I would go elsewhere because of this inability! More
