Taking care of it myself I was told my Dodge Ram passed every inspection when it was traded in. I found out that many things had not been inspected and ended up having to fi I was told my Dodge Ram passed every inspection when it was traded in. I found out that many things had not been inspected and ended up having to fix them myself. I told the service department repeatedly about these and after leaving it on a Friday, picking it back up the next Thursday, they hadn't even been looked at. Just a problem that actually developed on the way there had been fixed. Somehow my interpretation of things that work and don't work is what's questionable to everyone. I was called and told I was sent an email explaining the situation. I was underneath this same vehicle at the time and could not talk. I text them later explaining that I had not received the email. I haven't heard anything since and this is ok with me. I'm done and I don't need the stress at this time. I told them that I wouldn't leave a bad review and just wanted to be done with it. However. I have received this review request several times now. So here it is. One bright spot with this dealership is the finance director. Greg Torres is a great guy that does what he says he's going to do and never makes you feel like he's trying to play games. More

Within minutes of looking over the vehicle I was told they had a second out of state buyer willing to pay full asking price but were holding it for me first. I was rushed to go drive it and things felt pressured. Salesman could of been more knowledgeable on the vehicle too. Overall I felt I was not told the truth 3 times quite blatantly. Disappointed since this dealership's motto is "honesty is standard, not an option". This level of dishonesty really made me question possibly overpaying on a used vehicle with potential hidden problems. If honesty is standard, be honest. More
