Most unpleasant auto sales experience in my 49 years and at least 10 autos purchased between work and pleasure . Worked with online salesman wiry an appointment due to not being local . They added a vin number fee in contract without discussing , price was not same as nets was told must spend 35k, the entire process was misguided, I never new what was happening , it took 3 hours and I didn’t even finance wirh them , I found a credit union locally with a 2.9 rate vs 7.5 with my 849 credit score . Had so not driven out of town and needed a world auto now , I would have walked out forever. The only person who seemed credible was “Amanda” , who rewrote my contract to take of the vin fee , no one mentioned . Will not return , very unprofessional service and has me angry for days . More

I give them 5 stars but they did break the gear shift knob a bit and did not do anything to replace or fix it after being told about it the day we were to pick up the van.
