I was so happy with my service with George. I bought a 2019 jeep Cherokee. I loved my jeep so much I sent my sister to buy a car with him and she was also very happy with everything! They don't provide shuttles or loaner vehicles when you drop off your truck for repairs. Carbone used to do this before Lithia bought them. The service is expensive and slow. Awful Experience! Stay away from this dealership if you can. Dealt with a sales rep named George Fotiadis....probably the worst salesman i have ever worked with. It started with his slovenly appearance and can. Dealt with a sales rep named George Fotiadis....probably the worst salesman i have ever worked with. It started with his slovenly appearance and led to complete incompetence. I came in from out of town about an hour away. He did not have the work done to the car that he was supposed to, did not have copies of paperwork that I signed for me, and to this day, I still do not have paperwork for the purchase. He even picked the financing terms without consulting me. I had to make 3 trips back and forth from Syracuse because of his incompetence. The car shakes like crazy at 65mph and they would not let me have it looked at locally. George's manager was equally as bad. They do not understand customer service here and will likely be out of business soon or taken over. Terrible. Grade: F More
