Negoitated deal over the phone with Jordan Ross. Then the finance guy Matt Coppla asked if i wanted mopar insurance against scraches and dents i said no. Then came the paperwork very fast and i signed everything. Later when i went over the numbers i realized the screwing i had gotten. They charged me 1800 for the insurance never gave me an 1800 discount but too late papers were signed and i left the dealer. I have bought many cars and trucks in my life but this was the absolute worst. They lied right to me and its my fault i didnt check the numbers first. Lesson learned. More
This was a TERRIBLE buying experience from start to finish and continues to be. It was such a stressful buying situation initially, that I almost cancelled the deal. Here is a summary: After negotiating the deal over the phone, I paid my deposit and was in route to the dealership to pick the car up which I was told would be ready in an hour as it was being detailed. While in route to the dealership, I was informed that the car was not in fact ready, the sensors needed to be reset and once that is done it can take some time for all of the indicator lights to go off. I was told that by law the dealership could not release the vehicle if any indicator lights are on. It sounded like it was just a matter of them driving it around a bit and that it may be available later in the day or on the following Monday as they were closed on Sundays. I waited for about a week constantly calling to check on the car. In the end, the car was finally delivered but only after calling daily, speaking with the sales manager, finance manager and threatening to cancel the deal. After all of that, the car was delivered with the tire sensor on!!! The salesperson explained that they had just added air and that the sensor would go off after I drove it around a bit.... The tire sensor will not go off even though I have added air (which clearly air had not been added prior to delivery). At the time of delivery, the weight on each tire was extremely different, 27, 35, 41, 38 . It appears that the sensors were put in backwards as the indicator shows the back left tire needs air, when in fact the front left tire needs air and the tire will not hold air. So basically the car was delivered with a leaking TIRE and tire sensors that do not work. In addition, I have been waiting for a MONTH to receive copies of all of the paperwork that I signed when my car was delivered in December. As my salesperson did not provide me with any paperwork WHATSOEVER at the time of delivery. I have called and left messages for him with no response. I spoke to the finance manager who informed me that the salesperson had never even requested paperwork be sent to me. He promised to email copies along with the warranty to me that day. Still nothing received. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. What should have been a very easy purchase was nothing but a HASSLE for a month and counting. More
