Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tampa Bay

This is Jeff Bates. I’m fro Van Wert OH. I took my grandkids to Busch Gardens. We got on the second roller coaster and yep it goes upside down, I watched my key fob fall out of my pocket and bounce o grandkids to Busch Gardens. We got on the second roller coaster and yep it goes upside down, I watched my key fob fall out of my pocket and bounce off the rail about 60ft below me. I got very luck to get them right back but my key fob was flat out broken!! Now it’s 4:00 and they close at 5:30. I talked to the most caring personat Jim Browns dealership Tracey Korfias(Angel in disguise), she made sure they had a key fob for my 2016 Dodge Ram and kept a service guy on site after closing time. They programmed my key fob and got me going. God Bless you Tracey and I wish I could remember the service tech that did it for me. You guys are now heroes to my grandkids and myself. I took my 2019 Ram into the dealership for some warranty work. My Service Advisor was William Clement (B729). He did a FANTASTIC job. He was very knowledgeable and informative.
