We have purchased two cars from this dealership and have recommended to several other people. However, I would not recommend the service department. We dropped off our vehicle off on the 8th for an engine i recommended to several other people. However, I would not recommend the service department. We dropped off our vehicle off on the 8th for an engine issue. The person who was working the ticket on our vehicle left the dealership and we have had little to no updates on the vehicle. We have called several times but have received text saying they have techs out sick and will get back to us. I called this morning to speak to a manager and of course have not heard back. The warranty for life is only valid if you take your car to their service department but with incidents such as this, I will not be taking our vehicle back or purchasing from this dealership again. In current times, it is hard to find help, but a car should not be in a service department for a week with little communication. If we have known of the issues, we would have taken the vehicle to another Jeep dealership. A week without a car or not even being offered a rental is ridiculous. Very disappointed that there has been such a decline in Jim Browne. More
I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for 30K service and an oil change on a Friday. They recommended that I get a brake flush as well, which sounded reasonable to me, knowing it had never had one before. I an oil change on a Friday. I fell asleep in the most comfortable chair. Two hours and $265 later, I was back on the road and headed for the car wash because it needed a cleaning too. More
I made an appointment to have my Jeep diagnosed for several fault messages shown on my message display and brought it in on my appointment day early morning on a Wednesday. No communication that day, nor Thursday, nor Friday until I called to inquire on it's status. I was told my car had not been serviced yet! I told them I did not want any work done and I picked up my Jeep on Saturday in the same condition as when I brought it in days earlier. Although there was one service person, Michael, who apologized for the others who were assigned to my car and asked for me to leave the car to be repaired, however, I lost all confidence in this service dept. The person who was assigned to my car clearly had no experience in auto repair. I'm not referring to being a mechanic but just the terminology. Not good. When I brought my car in the whole process seemed chaotic! Many people running around seemingly without purpose. No people skills or manner to any of them. Most looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Clearly this dealer needs a remake of their service dept. Perhaps many people accept this kind of service, however, I do not! I did not buy my car from this dealer and would never consider buying or servicing my car with them. The next week I brought my car to a small family run independent auto repair shop. I was greeted by cheerful & smiling appreciative family office employees.They told me they'd contact me once the repair were diagnosed. Later that day I got a call to give me a status on the diagnosis, and cost to repair. A part needed ordered and was received the next morning. At noon car was done! Many dealers could learn from a shop like this! More

I like the Express Service for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did a multi-point inspection while my truck was there. The service manager told me how long the service would be and it was actua rotation. They also did a multi-point inspection while my truck was there. The service manager told me how long the service would be and it was actually 15 minutes shorter. The technician did leave an oily fingerprint on the door but it easily rubbed off. More
Tony was our sales person and he did a great job! He was very straight forward and easy to work with. Dave Clemmens also was very nice and helpful. and Angela Morell in financing was quick and efficient get very straight forward and easy to work with. Corey Emanuel was very helpful, and patient during the whole new vehicle experience. In addition several other sales associates and Angela Morrell. All were very friendly and helpful, it made me feel as whole new vehicle experience. In addition several other sales associates and Angela Morrell. I was very thankful that the car was equipped with navigation which no other dealer had the color, and options. Corey Emanuel was a pleasure tio work with as well as an asset to Jim Browne Dodge.
