Nick Martin was very helpful over the phone providing all the information I needed before driving over, and was VERY patient while I debated making the purchase. I was in there for several hours reviewing the quote and getting opinions from my parents over the phone, but he never made me feel rushed or pressured about the decision, which allowed me feel more confident with the purchase. The dealership also honored the online price I had received, even though it had an additional rebate I shouldn't have qualified for. It increased the integrity of the dealership, and showed they value the customer experience, in addition to just getting the most they can for a vehicle. Overall a great experience, especially when compared to my trips to other dealerships, and I love my new Renegade! More

Mediocre Service First I'd like to say Todd Warner is an outstanding, no pressure salesman. I felt very comfortable and feel like I got a decent deal. However,just 2 months later, I am very unimpressed with their service. I had a blowout for no apparent reason. They tried to tell me(and will try to tell you) that I hit something to puncture it. They are absolutely wrong. All I get is "there is no warranty on tires unless you purchased it." How about showing some concern for your customers. We could've been talking about a lot more than a measly $200 tire. Do yourself a favor and do an internet search of the tire brand they use (Goodyear Wrangler ;the word blowout will fill in automatically) and tell me you would feel safe driving you and your family in a Dodge. I have an appointment to have all of my tires replaced on Sunday- with just 6500 miles on the current ones. I won't be taking any more chances with my life. Bryan Martin More
