Excellent Staff and Experience Walked in to the dealership and was greeted by the front desk. The gentlemen called Carlos to help me. I told carlos what I was looking for and he did everything he could to help me. He kindly said I was going to talk to Hector, the finance manager, and we went from there. Hector told me my options and said he would do the best he could to get me where I wanted to be. About 15 min later he said this is what he could do and it was close to what I wanted. After a little more work, Hector got me to where I was comfortable and we did the paper work and made it happen. Alot of experiences in the past, the sales person makes you feel so pressured and not really interested in your needs. I have to give this experience with Carlos Knowles and Hector 5 stars and highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks Carlos and Hector. More

The salesman Nick Martin was nice and polite enough, but where we are not happy is that they would not make any concessions, and just kept saying the price is the price and the options on the the window sticker was what it was.The online options did not match the window sticker options, and when we pointed that out they would not budge on anything. They finally offered floor mats( which IS included with the sxt package), but here it is over 3 weeks later and still have not received them. Don't believe they have any intentions of sending them. If you want a deal you might want to go elsewhere. More
