I called about a Dodge Ram trademan 1500 I saw I saw online that there’s was nice rebates on there dodge tradesman 1500 so inquire on line and some salesman call and said yes we have some good reba I saw online that there’s was nice rebates on there dodge tradesman 1500 so inquire on line and some salesman call and said yes we have some good rebates so I told him I wanted to trade my 2018 carvan He said fine told my information down about a half hour later he send a purchase agreement I read it And I call him back and said to him that there’s something wrong with the numbers because he said We are giving you 15000 toward the trade in for the tradesman but went he send me the agreement It he was giving me the 15000 then taken it back I have a copy of it so I call and told him hey that’s not how it Work anyway another manger call me the next day a say that the numbers are so I told this agreement to my Bookkeeper and when he read it he told me the that these figures are wrong to. There put your trade on the agreement they take it out with what left on you old loan so it look like you are getting something for it but You are not it call switch and bate I am thinking on send the paper work to bbb and see what they say so before you sign the purchase agreement look at it carefully because what they do is they show you how much They are giving for your trade then they put what you old on the old loan first without deductions your trade So it looks like you are getting it but it was never deducted and they say we give it to you and this is what owe to your old loan I sending the two sales agreements to the bbb and FTC on Monday with showing them What was found and they will tell me and my 📖 bookkeeper will write the figures showing what wrong With theses purchase agreements. More

Great Service Attitude! Called to make a service appointment and was told I didn't need one as all the items on my list could be handled by their ExpressLane. Showed up at 3: Called to make a service appointment and was told I didn't need one as all the items on my list could be handled by their ExpressLane. Showed up at 3:15 pm and was greeted by Alexa who plugged in diagnostic module, updated my contact info and had me checked-in in a flash. Was promised a 1 to 1-1/4 hour finish. Alexa came out to update me twice during the wait and boom...exactly at 4:30 car was ready. Good prices, great service and really expert care by Alexa. More

First, Mr. Widner was patient with all the concerns and questions that we had about the vehicle, including our negotiation via the telephone. When we got to the dealership everything was exactly as we had previously discussed and negotiated. Also, the Finance Manager, Mr. Lumpkin was courteous and efficient. We appreciated his patience with our credit union and all their requirements. In summary, we are happy to recommend this dealership, they are reliable. En la parte de servicio, a parte de esperar Un tiempo en que alguien viniera a preguntar si necesitaba algo. Me atiende una muchacha que habla español y le explico lo que pasaba a mi carro, y que me molestaba que hiciera el sonido cuando mostraba el cartel en la pantalla, su respuesta fue que ella no podía hacer nada pq el cartel no mostraba en ese momento. Tratamos de explicarle mi esposo y yo que el cartel que mostraba no salía fijo sino salía y se quitaba. Y pues ella no podía hacer nada, solo pregunto las millas de mi carro después de nosotros tratar de que nos ayudaran y nos dijo que mi carro no tenía ninguna garantía sin chequear ni que año ni nada mi carro. Nuestra respuesta fue un ok y nos retiramos hacia otro dealer que con mucho cariño nos trataron y me arreglaron mi carro que si tenía solución. Y mi sugerencia es que deben tener personas con mejor carácter y que sepan dar un buen customer service porque seguirán perdiendo customers. More
