I was completely dissatisfied. Starting off the service writer ( John ) suggested I buy an in cabin air filter. My jeep doesn't come with one. John was attempting to sell me 4 tires, nevermind the other 3 lifespan is at 50%. I recommended to John to change jobs and change oil until he learn what he's trying to sell. Obviously he doesn't know. I wish people that are hired to be a service writer are experienced on what the mechanic is servicing and not trying to line their paycheck with what a computer says or saying hey you have a nail in your tire,,,,j think you should buy 5 More

Anyway, this is where I go to get my vehicle serviced. Usually pretty smooth, in and out within an hour. Well not this time. I use a coupon when I go for oil/tire rotation $59.95. My wait surpassed 1.5 hours with not a single person checking up on me to tell me why. When I was finally called to checkout, the total was $114.00. I asked why it was so high and as the gentle man and I were going through all the items, another employee, Alexa Diaz, came over and tried to explain to me how the $114 was correct as if I was trying to get one over on Jim Browne. Mind you, she had no clue what service I got done, pulls out a calculator and starts to compute to show me how wrong I was to inquire and how the math made sense. I said “this doesn’t make sense” Alexa says “this is how it’s done sir.” As she goes through the itemized, she mentions “air filter 39.95” I said “I didn’t get an air filter” she again rebutted “well that’s the discrepancy sir.” Yeah well no kidding, if she hadn’t interjected the gentleman I was working with was sure to go over it if she waited another 14 seconds. She made me feel like I was not valued as a customer and that my option meant nothing. Meanwhile, she continuously yells at other employees, is rude as xxxx, and didn’t even apologies for her incorrect input. My guy eventually corrected it all, and I paid the correct price. It was not worth having to listen to Alexa Diaz go off on people. My guy was new and you could hear her say to him “figure it out yourself, I was gonna show you but forget it” “I said don’t forget to add the quart for 7.95, I already told you” More

Had a battery installed in 2016 Renegade after vehicle was towed to dealership. When I picked up the car,no receptionist at desk. They need one. Was told that my service advisor was with another customer. was towed to dealership. When I picked up the car,no receptionist at desk. They need one. Service on Jeep Wrangler Had recall work done, tires rotated, oil change, and fluids checked. Took it back to the service department the next working day and the service department stated they didn't cause any of those issues... I guess they just magically and coincidentally appeared the day I picked my car up from the service center... But what they did tell me is that I all of sudden need a new radiator and that to fix a sensor, which they likely jacked up during the previous work, it would cost m $300+. I will no longer drive past this dealership on N Florida Ave in fear that some service dude will jump out in the middle of the street in front of my vehicle and claim there's something wrong with my car so they can "so call fix it" and then break something so I get caught in some type of service center time continuum. After reading the reviews and after my experience I would stay away from this place, at least the service center. I would bet that 9 times out of 10 if you take your car to this service department you will magically have many issues with your car and will coincidentally need more work done than is required. This is a stereotypical dealership service center that gives service centers the shady, greedy reputation. More

The staff including management are the nicest when you are buying a vehicle. Once you are signed and vehicle delivered, customer service stops and dealership wants a 10 rating, while giving you 3 star service. Customers only have a few ways to voice opinion about the service receive on certain forums. Make sure you offer $5,000 below the price listing on the internet to get a fair deal. I realized I wanted more options than the truck I purchased. I returned 6 days later to possible purchase on another truck with the options I wanted, the truck was worth $4000 less. They wanted to do another deal to pay another dealer fee and screw the customer over more. Elijah in finance was very good to work with. More
