Great Service and Persistance I recently took in my 2012 Jeep in for service and was pleasantly surprised by the service level and persistance of Joe and the team. I needed a synt I recently took in my 2012 Jeep in for service and was pleasantly surprised by the service level and persistance of Joe and the team. I needed a synthetic oil change and tire rotation which he easily accomodated with no problems. In additon, I had broken defroster on my hard top which I thought would be a quick fix but unfortunatley required a full rear window. However, Joe was able to navigate the strict warrantly requirements requested by Jeep and his persistance paid off with me getting the new window installed and everything fixed up good as new. Thank you again to you and the team for a job well done! More

Great Service Today at Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge The customer service representative was courteous and answered all of my questions. I needed an oil and filter change and my tires rotated. I had a coupon for this service, and the rep actually said "Good" and meant it! This service took less than one hour, which was surprising since the waiting area was crowded. When I went to pay, the rep handed me my set of keys with a new battery in it. My "car" informed me that my key battery was low, so I mentioned it to the rep. and he replaced it free of charge (which was a nice 'plus'). Baker's service center reps have always treated me fairly...and have never tried to coerce me into a service that was not absolutely necessary. Far away from home on assignment, I needed to find a local Jeep dealer to service my Wrangler as needed, not wanting to navigate through local mechanics I have no trust relationship with - better to go local Jeep dealer to service my Wrangler as needed, not wanting to navigate through local mechanics I have no trust relationship with - better to go to someplace backed by the manufacturer themselves. I am so glad I did - for the last year and a half, I've been enjoying the friendly, helpful service @ Baker, mostly working with Drew but also various members of staff. It's a great confident feeling when they can guide you through what maintenance is necessary, extra, or how to break it up to make it easier on your budget, and getting told about recalls from the manufacturer without even having to ask yourself, no fuss. If there's one thing that speaks to service quality, take a look at how many cars there are in their service lot on any given day, all those people or businesses must have found what I found too. More

I found your facility to be very clean & orderly and your staff to be kind as well as friendly and very knowlegable. Your dealership made my girlfriend & I feel welcome as well as comfortable. I am currently working on rebuilding a 2000 Dakota & will be using you folks for all of my Mopar parts needs.If and when I am able to purchase a new Chrysler product I will most certianly visit you folks for that as well. Your staff was kind enough to offer me any and all assistince posiable with my current project.
