Ryan had a huge knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler. He was pleasant, professional and by no means overbearing. I got exactly the car I wanted and a super service throughout the process by Ryan Conard. JUST WENT IN FOR FIRST OIL CHANGE YESTERDAY POOR SERVICE I scheduled an appointment for 530pm at Baker Jeep. I get there and 1 female representative and the manager Allan don't acknowledge me and go about th I scheduled an appointment for 530pm at Baker Jeep. I get there and 1 female representative and the manager Allan don't acknowledge me and go about there business. I finally get acknowledged and the worker says they can't find my appt. She then realized she was looking on the wrong day. I got a call my jeep was ready for pick up. My jeep was filthy I saw them washing other ppls jeeps so was kinda hoping it would come out clean. Allan wanted to charge me $47 for the oil change. I told him I was told first oil change is free and plus I have an oil change agreement for 2yrs. He said if I bought the Jeep from them. I told him I did. He asked who was my sales person. Rather then apologize or check his system he interrogated me on when I bought it, who I dealt with, who told me that. Horrible experience to say the least and will never go back or recommend to anyone. More

15,000 Mileage Service Went in for my 15,000 mileage service. Joe Taras, service manager, helped me out. The dealer that sold me my car gave me 4 free oil changes when I bou Went in for my 15,000 mileage service. Joe Taras, service manager, helped me out. The dealer that sold me my car gave me 4 free oil changes when I bought my car, but never told me. They were to expire days after I came in for this 15,000 mileage service. Not only did Joe let me know, he gave me a credit for one of the oil changes I had gotten previously from Baker Jeep (where I was for the service) and then arranged the bill so that I ended up getting credit for the other 3 and gave me some other discounts on the bill. Totaled over $100 discount. Was great experience and customer service, which I have an appreciation for. Will definitely be getting the rest of my service done at Baker Jeep because of Joe. Thanks! Bam - they did it again...Awesome Service!!! The time came again to take my 2012 COD Wrangler in for service. Based on my last review I didn't think they could do a better job, but they showed m The time came again to take my 2012 COD Wrangler in for service. Based on my last review I didn't think they could do a better job, but they showed me. I had a coupon for synthetic oil change, a bulb out, a recall notice, tire rotation and asked them to take a look at my rear shocks and front bumper for corrosion. They finished me up and my bill came to a total of zero, you heard me right, zero! How do they do it? The final outcome, they performed the synthetic oil change, rotated my tires, changed the bulb, did the transmission oil cooler tube recall, and swapped out the rear shocks and to top it off, I have an appointment this week to have my bumper and door hinge painted free of charge. Like I said, BAM they did it again the service at Baker Jeep is bar none! I believe the only thing they could have done better was offer me a Lotus Evora S loaner car (hint, hint). Just kidding Joe, thanks again to you and the team for the great service!!! More
