Incapable of doing their jobs Ive bought two Jeeps from this dealership, had an issue with one. The service department has had my jeep for over 3 months. Ive broken down pulling out of the dealership after they said they've fixed it then informed me that they never fixed it, nor did they test drive it, they just gave it back to me. They lied about being able to fix it, ordering parts, and caring about servicing my Jeep.Nice Perna, the floor manager is only good a managing the floor he walks on. Raised his voice at me to try to make it seem as though I was in the wrong. Informed me he was too busy to be a manager and follow up the service on my Jeep. The actual Manager Mike Napoleon never answers his office phone or calls back. He's also too busy to deal with customers. More

Got railroaded with a lease and lease turn in I am a single mother of two children, whose lease was up on a another vehicle. I went to this dealership, only because of the pamphlet I received. I worked with Konstantin Oginsky who said yes to everything. yes, we will take care of your lease turn in, you don't have to do anything. (overage=yes, wear and tear=yes) then pulls the wool over your eyes, rushes you to sign covers the writing and leave the signature line there tell you what your signing, but in reality it was - overage=no, wear and tear=no We aren't paying for anything... even when you handed the false advertisement titled early lease end event brochure that stated: You pay no early termination fee you pay no excess mileage fees you pay no early disposition fees All LIES They say, sign here this just says how many miles and that you turned the keys in. Then Bam, your responsible for all of it. I have emailed, texted and called and they can't even call me? They also never called the other leasing company, which is protocol and guess what! I am stuck paying for all of it. overage, wear and tear, early disposition fees etc. Please do yourself a favor and go to another dealership! I wish I did. Reedman-Toll I hear is the way to go.
