We had a great experience with CDJR of Princeton and our salesman Tom Bailey. He worked with us from the start to get the best deal, and was able to get us into a beautiful new Grand Cherokee L. I would 100 salesman Tom Bailey. He worked with us from the start to get the best deal, and was able to get us into a beautiful new Grand Cherokee L. Came in to look at a car that I was seriously interested in buying at the price listed online. When I got to the dealership the window price was 15k higher than the internet price! Basically told me the p in buying at the price listed online. When I got to the dealership the window price was 15k higher than the internet price! Basically told me the price discrepancy was basically used for the buyers who didn’t look at online price. Disgusting! Anyways took the car out for a drive and really liked the way it drived so wanted to leave a deposit, so asked if the deposit was refundable and the car salesman assured me that they “we’re not xxxx bags and give me back the money, no problems“ if I decided not to buy the car. After the test drive, while inspecting the interior of the vehicle I noticed that a panel was completely torn up by a dog , and dented up speaker cover, and the back door had tons of scratches. Salesman claimed he had no idea those existed and promised they could Correct all those issues if I was interested in the car but only if I left $1000 deposit. Sat down and negotiated out the door price and they tried to stick me with a $5000 prep fee $500 key fetch fee and $750 doc fee. I know I was dumb to ignore all these red flags but Fast forward two weeks later and the car is not fixed. I go to the dealership to get my deposit back and apparently it’s going to take 2 weeks to have it processed. Car still not fixed after three weeks. Still don’t have my deposit, so please be aware when working with his dealership. More
Terrible experience. We traded our vehicle in for a used one. First they undervalued our vehicle in carfax. Luckily we had a copy of our carfax. Finally negotiated a trad We traded our vehicle in for a used one. First they undervalued our vehicle in carfax. Luckily we had a copy of our carfax. Finally negotiated a trade in and purchase price with financing. Before the paperwork was ready to be signed, we researched financing with our bank(B of A) and was able to get pre-approved with a better APR than their bank(Capital One). When it came time to sign the paperwork for the financing, we told them that we got a better APR with our bank. They told us that we can use our own bank but we had to pay an extra $2500 because the negotiated price was based on financing with their banks. The manager called their bank and was able to reduce the APR .3% and told us that it cost them $250 to call and reduce the percentage. I told them to call 10 more times then. We've bought a bunch of cars, but this is the first time we've ever heard of that craziness. That's coercion and fraud. I've submitted a complaint with the NJ department of Consumer Affairs. Not once did a manager show their face or did the dealership do a follow up call or anything. That was never disclosed during the whole sales process. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Never Again. Buyers beware if you purchase from this Stealership. When you want to finance with your own bank, negotiate a deal and tell them afterward and see what they say. More

As a first time Jeep owner, I can’t speak highly enough of everyone I met at the dealership. I was comfortable the whole time and really felt that Camille and Max were there to assist me. She was patient and answered all of my questions fully. It is evident that she enjoys her job and the people she meets. If you are buying a car, go and see Camille. In addition, the dealership provided me extra service (brakes and tires) as a good faith measure. What a wonderful team of professionals! More
