I noticed the front tires were a little shabby and they put 4 new tires on. When they were putting the tires on, they didn't like the condition of the brakes, so they put on 4 new rotors and new brake pads on all 4 wheels. Nick in the finance department was a gentleman (shook your hand and looked you in the eye like my father raised me). Once again, very transparent and no hard-sell. Took my son to test drive a bmw that was in perfect condition with a price of $32000. When we sat down with the salesman he showed us another invoice for $3000 for new brakes and tires.
