I opted to have the work completed somewhere else based on my treatment. They charged me $106 for the diagnostics and after having the work completed somewhere else, the diagnostic was incorrect! Horrible Dealership Bought 2015 Chrysler 200 last November. One week later it started stalling out while driving down the road, backing out of parking places, etc. Fort Bought 2015 Chrysler 200 last November. One week later it started stalling out while driving down the road, backing out of parking places, etc. Forth time it surged forward and I had an accident. Body shop said it would only go forward for them (no reverse). Dealership says to contact Chrysler, they can do nothing. I have been patronized and treated with extreme rudeness. I cannot drive this car with any sense of confidence; actually, I am afraid to drive it. The problem has not been fixed. This dealer should be put out of business. I have contacted an attorney and hope to get my money back so I can purchase a reliable vehicle. More

I offered to pay their "advertised price" of the jeep and was told by Tony the salesperson and Bob the manager that they would also pay to me the "average" KBB book trade price for my vehicle. Although my vehicle is only five month old and is in outstanding condition with only 2500 miles I did not ask for the "high" end trade in value. I was told they would love to have my new Mercedes on their lot and they definitely wouldn't be wholesaling it. I was satisfied with the selling price and the trade in price they offered and left to talk to my wife. The next day I went in to make the deal and they raised the selling price of the Jeep over their advertised price, lowered the trade in value of my vehicle and told my wife to put $10,000.00 down. What kind of BS was that. Needless to say we left. I'll never do buisness with a dealership that lies and you cannot trust. More

Great Dealer, Bad Vehicle Purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Zappone in August. The salesman Pat Arehart was great throughout the entire process, wish I could say the same for Purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Zappone in August. The salesman Pat Arehart was great throughout the entire process, wish I could say the same for the vehicle I purchased. The entire transaction of purchasing the vehicle went smooth. Remember to ask the invoice price and if there are any rebates when negotiating, as they won’t bring up either unless you ask. Also be prepared to hear that you need to purchase right away as a sale is ending or it’s the last day of their many sales quotas with Jeep. That aside the purchase process was smooth and quick. A+ As far as the vehicle, they initially lost one of the keys which they found the following day. They were late several times for delivery, first was because they were still detailing and then for a check engine light was on. I had to travel several times back and forth before I was able to pick up my Jeep. Then they told me it has an airbag issue and a part was on order. Following that when I got it home I found two large chips on my driver side door that had been covered up. I spoke to Matt Zappone who was very helpful and we worked out a car starter for the chips in the paint. The airbag issue took several more trips back and forth and a week with a rental car until it was fixed. Lesson learned, always test drive your vehicle and inspect the paint in the daytime before purchasing. D Their service center and staff are great as well. I unfortunately had to spend a lot of time with service center with a brand new vehicle. Both Tim and Don were very helpful there and they have a very nice service center that includes public WIFI and comfortable chairs. I plan on bringing my Jeep there for all the service on it. A+ I would purchase from Zappone again and recommend to others but I would proceed with caution. I love my Jeep and so far I can see purchasing Jeep in the future. I would just advise that you take your time and not rush with the vehicle. As with my vehicle, it could have simply been a case of a bad vehicle and not the dealer. They did resolve all my issues and made up for the chips in the paint. Best of luck with your purchase! More
Dave was very easy to work with. We wanted to test drive a 2013 dodge charger and Dave made the process very easy. This dealership has a no pressure policy. So we were able to go home and think over our options. Within a few days we decided to buy. The dealership took care of everything even the insurance. Financing was a snap. Dave found our car at another dealership and we were ready to go in forty eight hours. As an aside the service area is brand new and very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this dealership very much to anyone in the market for a dodge jeep Chrysler ram. More
