"Don' said he would look into it. but never had an answer for me. said the customer service manager would call me but never did. Apparently this is how they treat their customers. Buyer beware More

Although I only have 4000 miles on my 2016 Cherokee their service department welcomed me, showed me around and made me feel comfortable. I am not happy with the model sold to me by Armory. At the time I had 3. Rome. Ribs and a separated shoulder from an accident. I needed a car and couldn't take time to review options etc. I love the Jeep but my car is missing options that I wanted. Although I've only had my car for 6 months I woul trade to move up if I could get a good deal from Zappone. Bottom is 5 star so far. Frank Rinaldi More
