Bad services. This is the worst place to have a vehicle serviced. 4 hours for an oil change and an inspection. They charged me 350.00 to oil a hood hinge. I had a noise from the dashboard and it took over 2 hours to figure it out. I called the manager but he was " busy " and would call me back of course he didn't. Don't go here it is a rip off. The should be shut down for ripping off the customers. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB. More

Two months later, Chrysler sent us a bill for $2300 because Mike never notified them that the first lease ended and now we have to pay for two leases. Unbelievable!! The dealership won't pay for their mistake and we're stuck with the bill. Buyer beware, this place is the worst!!! I couldn't be more disgusted!! More

Not once during the introduction, product information and negotiations did I feel obligated to purchase and he even emphasized that during our discussions. Left the first day without a commitment, but returned and purchased the vehicle. Even during the financial part of the deal with Brian there was absolutely no pressure to purchase add-on services. I am very satisfied with the Renegade as a vehicle, but the sales experience is what would bring me back to the Zappone dealership. More

I opted to have the work completed somewhere else based on my treatment. They charged me $106 for the diagnostics and after having the work completed somewhere else, the diagnostic was incorrect!
