We went back in the next day to look at the vehicle we were most interested in and of course it was pouring rain! Tammy brought the vehicle inside the service garage so we could look at it and see how our car seats would fit. We did the credit application online and I returned the following day to purchase the vehicle. What made the whole experience great was I was able to do all the paperwork during the day with Tammy and Surprise my husband with a new Durango when he got out of work that day! Very easy going and hassle free I arrived at the dealership simply to do a little looking around. I was approached by a very friendly salesman as I was looking at trucks. I told him my exact situation and exactly what I was looking for. In return he escorted me around to look at a few models. Found one I liked and took it for a ride. We then proceeded to the showroom to his desk to work some numbers. I didn't think they would come close to what I wanted. He came back about 15 mins later and showed me the numbers. I couldn't have been more pleased and agreed to the deal on the spot. Took delivery within a few hours. I was not overly impressed with the detail job that was done on my new truck but was assured that when I bring it back to have part installed on it they would take care of everything no problem. So I guess we will see if that happens. Overall I had a pretty good experience at Zappone! More
