Not impressed I bought my fourth Jeep since 1997 at Zappone in December 2016. My previous Jeep was a 2004. I drove four hours from New Hampshire to buy a 2016 Jeep I bought my fourth Jeep since 1997 at Zappone in December 2016. My previous Jeep was a 2004. I drove four hours from New Hampshire to buy a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 75th Anniversary Edition with only 2900 miles - almost new. There are a LOT of new features. The sales person did not go over a lot of them with me, like where the button is for the rear hatch. I forced it open and closed the first few times until I noticed the button. He seemed like he was in a hurry. I'm tech savvy, so I figured out most of it on my own. The business manager sold me 10 synthetic oil changes for $500. $50 per synthetic oil change SEEMS like a good deal. It's a rip off. It's an ALLOWANCE. This means it's no deal at all. You're just paying $50 per oil change in advance. If it costs more, you must pay the difference. I don't mind paying for the oil change. I just feel deceived. More
