Very easy going and hassle free I arrived at the dealership simply to do a little looking around. I was approached by a very friendly salesman as I was looking at trucks. I told him my exact situation and exactly what I was looking for. In return he escorted me around to look at a few models. Found one I liked and took it for a ride. We then proceeded to the showroom to his desk to work some numbers. I didn't think they would come close to what I wanted. He came back about 15 mins later and showed me the numbers. I couldn't have been more pleased and agreed to the deal on the spot. Took delivery within a few hours. I was not overly impressed with the detail job that was done on my new truck but was assured that when I bring it back to have part installed on it they would take care of everything no problem. So I guess we will see if that happens. Overall I had a pretty good experience at Zappone! More
