Unethical dealership I was going to purchase a Grand Cherokee from this dealership and had a horrible experience. I was coming from a distance so I called ahead to find out what they could offer me for my trade-in before I drove to the dealership. I gave the VIN # of my trade to the salesperson and after looking into it he called me back with a range that sounded ok and was in agreement with what other dealerships had offered. I went to the dealership. When I was ready to make the purchase, the sales manager refused to honor the range they originally said, even though nothing was different from what we discussed on the phone. They were suddenly trying to give me much less than the lowest offer I had gotten from any dealership. As I drove so far there, I was even willing to accept the low bound on the range they originally gave me. I finally left and took my business elsewhere. I now happily own a Jeep that I purchased from a different dealership. If you want honesty and integrity, I recommend you purchase elsewhere. More

Great service for years beyond the purchase. In July 2014, my old van died and I was in need of a good new or late model vehicle. Mike Brosch took me around the lot and asked my needs. I explained and he showed me the perfect vehicle, a nearly new Dodge pickup with only a few thousand mile on it. Part of the purchase requirement was a competitive rate on financing and insurance that would work since I reside outside of new York. Additionally they offered a suitable extended warranty. With Mike's help and that of the Zappone finance team I left that same day with a beatiful truck perfectly match for my needs.
