Bait and switch shop. My sunroof has been leaking causing the wind deflector to be soaked and smelling musty. CP DJR looked at my car and said it was normal and the seal shouldn’t prevent 100% of water from entering. I was a Zappone Motors customer and bought a Jeep Gran Cherokee there along with a service contract and complementary oil change option for the entire 3 year lease. When I arrived they checked my account Cherokee there along with a service contract and complementary oil change option for the entire 3 year lease. When I arrived they checked my account and said they had no record of my contract and deal with the former owner. I produced my contract and they still would not honor the service as complimentary and said it would cost $150 for an oil change and tire rotation. What dealer would not honor a former owner's contract and agreement?? They were not very nice either and it angered me to the point that I shared a few choice words of frustration. DON'T GO HERE! STEER CLEAR AS THERE IS NO INTEGRITY WITH THEIR DECISION NOT TO HONOR A CONTRACT. More

Long story short, I brought my jeep in for 2 small paint chips on the door hinges..got it back the first time with a chip still in it and someone else's paint spray all the both sides of my jeep...Sent it back the 2nd time for the spray to be gone and more chips in the paint then when I left it! So they had it another 2 days and it was finally "right"....I filled the tank of my rental and then had it the extra 2 days..I told the girl they need to fill it before they bring it back..least they could do..it was literally like 6 gallons...well they never did so I was charged $67 by hertz...they won't reimburse me for it because I signed a contract!!! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from here again!!! More

I told them that it was ridiculous and that I would go to the dealership, pick up the work order and drive the vehicle to the body shop myself. They refused. I had been working with Chrysler and they told me that they did not require that the employees drive my vehicle, especially for body work, to the body shop. The dealership made up that rule, and because of that, they are in breach of contract. More
