Hello mary-mal, you purchased the vehicle when it was under previous ownership, but that has nothing to do with the fact that your USW maintenance plan had expired and as a courtesy we even gave you a free oil change. The $800 on brake was quoted with a 25% discount that you did not appreciate, and if you like I can provide you with a copy of your "expired" service contract. Thank you for your review.
