I had a horrible experience at this dealership. I was told my package I purchased to get oil changes was expired which I know for a fact wasn’t & then was given an exorbitant quote for my brakes whi I was told my package I purchased to get oil changes was expired which I know for a fact wasn’t & then was given an exorbitant quote for my brakes which was $800 more than my mechanic charged me. I asked to speak to a manager and Christian Gomez wouldn’t get him for me until I saw him sitting in another room & he was useless too. This dealership is about screwing over the customer and making as much money as they can any way possible. More

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I made an appointment for a repair. When I brought my car in for the repair, I was told it would be several hours before they with a car dealership. I made an appointment for a repair. When I brought my car in for the repair, I was told it would be several hours before they were able to look at my car and diagnose the problem even though I had scheduled an appointment with the expectation that they would look at it right away since I had an appointment. I also told them that I had purchased a service contract for $2500 at their facility when I bought the vehicle new and that I thought my repair should be covered by my service contract. They told me they would check into it and get back to me. The end of the day came and nobody had called so I called to check in. I was told that my car needed a new seal in the exhaust system and that it would be ready the following morning by 10:30. I was also told that the repair would be just over $200. When I arrived at 10:30 the next morning to pick up my vehicle, I was told that they "forgot" about my vehicle and the work had not been started yet so I was forced to wait for the work to be complete. When the work was finished, I was told that the cost would be $580. I had added new windshield wiper blades to the repair but didn't expect them to cost almost $400 extra. When I confronted them about the change in cost, they brought another person over to look at it and the cost ended up being reduced to $367. When I inquired whether they had confirmed that the repair would be covered by my service plan, they told me they would look into it and issue me a refund once they confirmed with the provider. Five days went by and nobody called me so I reached out again, I was told that the repair was not covered because I needed to have the service done where the car was purchased. The dealership where I brought it in for the repair was where I bought the car so I was confused. I was told that this dealership had been sold and that it was no longer Napleton Jeep. Now it was Jeep of Chicago. This made no sense to me as I was not informed that there was new ownership and that my repair would not be covered because the agreement was sold by the prior ownership. I spoke with a director to voice my concerns and was told that in order for the repair to be covered by the service plan, I would have had to take it to Napleton Mazda in Schaumburg. I asked for the director to see what he could do to help work with the service agreement provider and he basically said we didn't sell you this service agreement so we can't help you. More
