They charged me over $250 and didn’t fix anything. When I came back and told them so, they “checked again” and told me the real fix would be $4000. While the service took longer than I had expected, the work ultimately proved satisfactory. There was some confusion initially regarding my remaining at the dealership to await the repairs that could hav work ultimately proved satisfactory. There was some confusion initially regarding my remaining at the dealership to await the repairs that could have been avoided if the supervising service manager had communicated my intention to remain at the dealership with Christian. I was also put off by the attempt of the sales room staff to persuade me to trade in my vehicle for a new car. I had previously communicated that I wasn't interested in trading in my car weeks earlier and therefore found the sales person attempt to persuade me even when I said at the start of her conversation that I wasn't interested in selling my vehicle really annoying. But otherwise, my experience with the dealership was and hopefully will continue to be a positive one. More
