The worst experience, you guys are crooks lairs and thief’s , I came in to purchase a truck they told me that it was certified per owned and they promise to set an appointment with the body shop to fi thief’s , I came in to purchase a truck they told me that it was certified per owned and they promise to set an appointment with the body shop to fix a chip on the jeep wrangler it’s been 23 days and it haven’t happen , I took the car for a text drive the gas tank was empty Abdul who is the manger told me that the company credit card declined .he asked me to buy gas or the truck will run out of gas in the middle of the road and that will give me my money as soon as we return from the test drive and he never did . He also told me not to worry that he had order 4 new tiers for the truck and that I should bring the truck on Monday so they can replace the tires and I’m still waiting , this is not a good car dealer all the guys that works there are crooks even the general manger John who I have called over 4 times left messages and he never return my call . I have escalated this issue to corporate office and they advised me to return the truck which I will be doing tomorrow June 16 , 2023 . Don’t go to this location they lie about even running your credit without your permission plus they have tried to open a credit card iwith my information that suppose to be secure . More

My worst experience ever with a Jeep dealership- awful! !! I sat for 2 plus hours for an oil change when I made an appt and was told 1 hour and then given a litany of I need this work to be performed on my !! I sat for 2 plus hours for an oil change when I made an appt and was told 1 hour and then given a litany of I need this work to be performed on my Jeep and waited 2 days and 6 plus calls to finally be told they wouldn't do the work because my car is too OLD- I went to a different dealer and got the work done - half of which I was told I needed I was told by the other dealer I did NOT NEED done. I will never return- honestly you deserve zero stars your staff was TERRIBLE and did not return callls. More
