Nice service center with a friendly staff. Coming from Corpus Christi is worth it for the customer service. Lithia here in Corpus is not nearly as friendly or helpful. Sean was great. Performed four recalls on my truck - and while they had the water pump off asked them to replace the serpentine belt and save the old one for me. They discarded the old one. Two days after bringing the t the water pump off asked them to replace the serpentine belt and save the old one for me. They discarded the old one. Two days after bringing the truck home, I discovered the tech had failed to attach the fan shroud to its two mounting posts. I discovered one of the two mounting nuts on top a nearby fuse box - and installed it - but couldn't find the other. When informed of this, however, they found one and took care of the issue on a subsequent visit. Naturally, they recommended an oil and filter change - and an air filter change... commenting the latter was "dirty." I declined the offer: the air filter had been replaced last winter - perhaps 6000 miles previously (it looked fine to me) - and the oil and oil filter barely a month prior. I guess you can't blame them for trying... More
