The dealership is really clean and comfortable. Sales people are not real pushy. Service is efficient, what you would expect from a dealer. This place terrorizes women and is running a racket to gouge patrons for more money. First the lady who checked me in at the service department said twice my car would be done in 45 minutes, it took 1.5 h gouge patrons for more money. Next she showed me a picture of a moldy air filter and said it would cost an additional 60$ to insure I wouldn't be breathing in stuff like that. I said I want to see my filter then I'll decide. They never brought it to me. The the mechanic brought me a screw and said he just pulled it out of the middle of my tire. I think (regardless of whether it was really in my tire) before he did anything to my tire he should have showed it to me so I could make an assessment. The lady told me I probably wouldn't make it home on the tire and a plug would cost me 30$. They didn't offer to wash the vehicle either. Where I purchased the car in my former home town of Weatherford Tx, they would wash it free any time. She said sure we can take it and wash it. That's $30. I complained about the issues and she said they'd plug the tire for free. At this point I have very little trust because they did not practice pandemic distancing or hygiene. No masks, no social space (she stated she didnt like her germ shield and came around it. The mechanic touched my door, my steering wheel, the inside door pull, my gear shift, and my seat adjuster without gloves, and sat in my car with no mask! They demonstrated absolutely no respect for me and my personal health and safety so inconsiderately! She told me no one else would rotate my tires or fix the hole at this time and again tried to scare me about having a flat and not making it home. I hadn't had a leak or any indication there was a tire problem until they had it. I purchased this Jeep about 11 months ago, it hadn't been driven since stay at home orders were issued. I am very dissapointed that this dealership practices such a racket scaring women and trying to make more and more money and the total lack of respect or responsibility regatdinh the epidemic when I trusted them with my car. More
