Performed four recalls on my truck - and while they had the water pump off asked them to replace the serpentine belt and save the old one for me. They discarded the old one. I discovered one of the two mounting nuts on top a nearby fuse box - and installed it - but couldn't find the other. When informed of this, however, they found one and took care of the issue on a subsequent visit. Naturally, they recommended an oil and filter change - and an air filter change... commenting the latter was "dirty." I declined the offer: the air filter had been replaced last winter - perhaps 6000 miles previously (it looked fine to me) - and the oil and oil filter barely a month prior.
