Knowledgeable staff; great service; friendly and helpful. Once we explained what was happening, the staff knew exactly what was wrong and were able to get it fixed in one day. Once we explained what was happening, the staff knew exactly what was wrong and were able to get it fixed in one day. More

Perhaps the worst experience with a car dealer to date. I was purchasing a 2019 Lincoln. When I asked for the final price they added $4000 for "added equipment", which apparently included a GPS tracking I was purchasing a 2019 Lincoln. When I asked for the final price they added $4000 for "added equipment", which apparently included a GPS tracking system, exterior protection plan, nitrogen in the tires, something with the window tint. When I told the salesman that I wasn't interested, he told me the items had already been done to the vehicle, and suggested I suggest a price I was agreeable to for those items. We settled on what I was told their cost was, around $1600. I traveled 200 miles to pick up the car, signed the paperwork but didn't go through the details until I returned home (my mistake). The dealer had documented $499 for the GPS (which is a whole other story about being ripped off), but no other "added equipment". Instead, the base price of the vehicle was increased $1100. Now I can't get the dealer or finance person to call me back. Either they installed the "added" crap and didn't document it, or they didn't do any of it and charged me for it anyway. I can't think of a more cliche "used car" experience than this. More
