Made an appointment for my recall and was told my vehicle would be completed in one day. 4 days later my vehicle was finally ready. Drove down the highway and my passenger fender well liner started flappin would be completed in one day. 4 days later my vehicle was finally ready. Drove down the highway and my passenger fender well liner started flapping like a flag. Mechanics tore and bent my fender well liner while pushing it down replacing the EGR cooler instead of taking 3 minutes to remove it. I had to trim and use zip ties to secure my fend flare. Only reason I use your dealership is because I have to. Staff is friendly though, customer service is good, but I don't trust your mechanics. More
