Deplorable I had to have my Ram Ecodiesel towed to this location as the engine had a catastrophic failure. Due to the pandemic they claim they were unable to be I had to have my Ram Ecodiesel towed to this location as the engine had a catastrophic failure. Due to the pandemic they claim they were unable to begin repairs for 5 weeks. After installing the new engine, I drove it 50 miles and got a check engine light. Took it back. They fixed a sensor and gave it back. Drove it another 50 miles, another light, This continues for 4 more times. It is now 6 weeks later and the vehicle was not fixed. They offered to buy it from me. Then they did not have anyone to sign the checTk and held me up for another week. Then when sales found out Service lied about the truck running they backed out of the sale. I now have a broken truck I don't want, can't sell and doesn't run. DODGE DODGE....They can't fix what they sell and lie to each other to get out of work. Despicable! More

When we were signing papers I asked about it and was told to make sure to annotate this on the paperwork, after doing this they have refused to abide by the contract and routinely dodge and ignore my calls and emails.
