Being my first time purchasing a new car, I was a bit overwhelmed at the thought of the process. But Michaella was absolutely amazing. She had everything together for me when I arrived onsite. I dropped in Saturday completely unannounced and was in and out in probably under 2 hours absolutely amazing. She even volunteered to pick me up from the repair shop where my truck was being worked on a few miles down the road, to expedite the process.
