I would never do business with this dealership again. The staff are incompetent and lack good customer relation skills. I have been going back and forth with the dealership regarding obtaining my refund The staff are incompetent and lack good customer relation skills. It's a shame how consumers are treated by organizations that are in the business to make money. I have an emergency with my car (Jeep trailhawk 2022) than don’t turn on, go there and they tell me than don’t have technicians (it’s about 2pm) to check the battery, tell me than go the next day at 7am, than don’t turn on, go there and they tell me than don’t have technicians (it’s about 2pm) to check the battery, tell me than go the next day at 7am, and when I get there the next day at 7 am, the lady tell me that they couldn’t not attend me, because I don’t have an appointment, really, I only want someone to check if I need a new battery! This dealership has had our Ram truck since July 5, 2023. We have been given the run around on a warranty issue where they told us for three weeks they were waiting to hear back from the MOPAR. Today, July 3 We have been given the run around on a warranty issue where they told us for three weeks they were waiting to hear back from the MOPAR. Today, July 31, 2023, we called MOPAR and spoke with them about our warranty. They said they received the claim on July 22, 2023 and we asked when was it approved, they stated July 22, 2023. So, service manager (who left to move to TX) lied to us. Parts department has lied to us and now "Al" has lied to us. I don't understand what benefit they get by lying to a customer? We have been without a vehicle for almost a month now. They never answer the phone when you call and when we did finally get to go in there to speak to someone, all reps were playing on their cell phones and ignoring customers when they walked in! Any of the 5 star reviews this place has on this site is most likely from friends or relatives as we have spoken to many Ram and Jeep owners and they warned us NOT to bring our vehicle here. Well, I'm here to say we should have listened to them. AL called us last week and told us our parts were on back order. Another lie. They were too lazy to order them so they let our truck sit in their shop. Then we were told they were waiting for a lift to come free so they could put our truck on it to work on it. Another lie. I plan on taking my complaints everywhere I can about this dealership. AL is a smartass, unprofessional and rude. If he's your new service manager, be prepared for lots of complaints. He lied and told us you don't give out loaner vehicles after we were told we would get one. This dealership is crap. Social media boosts about them winning awards, for what? All the lies they tell their customers? The poor customer service? Take your car somewhere else, even if you have to drive to South Carolina cause North and South dealerships in Savannah suck! More
I would never buy a car from them again, bought a 2022 Chrysler 300 from them & a 2022 TRX, I purchased wheel protection for My Chrysler 300 & I asked the guy at the finance if it is through a 3rd party o Chrysler 300 from them & a 2022 TRX, I purchased wheel protection for My Chrysler 300 & I asked the guy at the finance if it is through a 3rd party or Ya'll will take care of it he said "No we take care of it here" I was like ok, came back after I damaged one of my wheels when I brought to them I found out it's a through a 3rd party at this point I don't care, 3 times I take my car they take a pic but NO one call or follow up with me its absolutely unprofessional job. I'm still making payments on the protection of the wheel & I'm so busy with work & tired of calling them. More
If i could give this dealership a negative 5 stars , i would happily do it. This has been without a doubt, the worst experience my wife and I have ever had trying to purchase a car. The vehicle that we purchased had to be delivered from Florida to Savannah. We were told that the jeep would be delivered in a couple of days. After a week, WE called the dealership, only to find out that they had to put it in the shop because the water pump went out. When I told our salesman that I was questioning whether it was just the water pump, or if we needed to know anything else. His response to me, and I quote, "I have sold more cars than you have worked on". I bit my tongue, because my wife really wanted the vehicle. That was just week one. The only thing that I can nice thing I say right, is that they gave us a loaner vehicle. Each week, WE had to go back into the dealership to find out the status on our vehicle. we purchased the vehicle on March 11; and as of April 20 we have not heard anything about its status. That's right, 6 WEEKS. Each and every week WE went to the dealership to hear the same old story that the part is one order and they will be done with it soon. It was just a water pump. I have replaced those myself in less than 2 hours. The complete lack of communication from this dealership was absolutely horrible. No phone calls, no emails, no text messages. Not even a message tied to a carrier pigeon. I would have been happy if they had driven by and thrown a brick with a message written on it into the front yard. We will never, ever do business again with this company. More

From the time I stepped into the dealership, until I left in my new vehicle, it was a pleasant buying experience. sales and management met me with a huge smile and welcomed me as if they knew me for quite so in my new vehicle, it was a pleasant buying experience. sales and management met me with a huge smile and welcomed me as if they knew me for quite some time. Was never treated like stranger. everyone was very kind, respectable and very informative. This team worked to make experience easy and pleasant. They were honest and up front with everything. They all treated me like family. Very encouraging and curtious. I can't say thank you enough. So, if you're in the market for a new vehicle, try North Savannah Dodge. You won't be disappointed. More

He’s a true gem of a person, and the salt of the earth. It’s my hope that one day he’ll run that dealership.
