Most everything was smooth. The new service center is nice. (It took over the old Maserati/Alfa Romeo dealership space.) The only negative was that the service center told me they don’t have the ability to update my Jeep Grand Wagoneer’s navigation maps. I had to download the maps myself from Stellantis website and installed them myself via a usb drive. All dealers should be able to update all the software of their own vehicles. That is the point of going to your brand’s service centers because they’re supposed to know how to service your brand’s vehicle fully. More
Stay away from this Dealership. They use Bait and Switch pricing, overcharged me and now not issuing the refund.
