I took my car in for service and honestly I had the best customer service ever. Manny was such a pleasure and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Hello, This is our first car and after reading horror stories about other dealerships we have been nervous), ... but let me tell you, our sales rep was Neil Iton, (the whole team in general is very atten stories about other dealerships we have been nervous), ... but let me tell you, our sales rep was Neil Iton, (the whole team in general is very attentive and friendly), he took his time and explained everything (and we had a lot of questions) in detail, no hustle or pressuring you in for anything. He is very knowledgeable and professional. After the paperwork was done we went to the car sitting inside and he explained all the features the car had to offer to me and my wife, (she was very happy about that), you can tell that this man loves his job and what he is doing. Anytime I would buy or lease another vehicle at this location from Neil. When you have any kind of questions, just give him a call, that's how it starts ro build trust, you will be not disappointed, believe me. More
The worse experience, I drove from out of state to see a vehicle that had been sold , and received a confirmation call a hour before and they say the vehicle received a deposit the night before. Bad experience with the Sales consultant Mr. Roman Lozovky. Gave a quote on a Jeep Wrangler which was $200 per month higher than competitive quotes from dealers in the area. When I asked him for basic things like the Residual value and Money factor for the lease numbers which he gave, he flat out refused! What a joke .. do you expect me to pay $700+ per month without even knowing what I am paying for? The deal provided by this dealership was not competitive. More

Last month I purchased a 2-door Jeep Wrangler and could not be happier, especially as the weather gets warmer and you can put the top down, and especially when you have professional good, honest stand up folks like Frank and Lynch taking care of you. Since 1999 I have leased or purchased 7 cars over the years and even though I now live in NJ, it because of folks like this that I make the trek across the river, it's well worth it. Their selection is first rate, I pretty much got the exact Jeep, model, color I was looking for. Long story short--this is the place to go, these are the guys to see, you'll be glad you did---thanks Lynch and Frank--for all your time, help, and yes patience More
My Jeep Grand Cherokee was brought in for service because of a Uconnect error: code 20 (failed software update that drained the battery and would continue to do so anytime ignition is turned off until radio of a Uconnect error: code 20 (failed software update that drained the battery and would continue to do so anytime ignition is turned off until radio is replaced). At drop of was told it was next day pick up. After calling several times the next day with no answer I eventually received an email response that my car needs to stay in the shop for 10 days. The dealer would not provide a loaner and only offered me the option of picking back up the malfunctioning vehicle without a functioning Air Conditioning/Heating system or radio. This was not an option for me because I drive with a baby. Embarrassing customer service. More
