I had my truck serviced there recently, and the service provided by the tech was excellent! However; I was advised by the staff that the new owners wouldn’t be honoring any half-price oil changes. Since that was a condition of the previous vehicle sales to us; I find that decision by the new owners unacceptable. Therefore, even though we’ve been loyal customers at this dealership since 1987 (when they were located east of Brooksville) we won’t be buying any more vehicles from the new owners. That’s a lot of vehicles, since we usually bought them two at a time, every 2-3 years. I’ve heard that many other former customers feel the same way; the new idiot owners nickel and dime mentality will cost them some real money in lost customers/sales. Richard B.
