I went to this dealership on Saturday 12/3/2022 to try and test drive a use VW Atlas they had in stock. I live about 40 miles away from the dealership and their hours of operation are very limited. I arrived at 9 am promptly and began to inspect the vehicle on the lot. After 10 minutes, I went into the main showroom to find the receptionist alone with no Sales staff to be found. Turns out they were all in a Sales meeting. I waited a further 20 minutes but there was still no Sales staff to be found. I left, very discouraged that here is a customer that was potentially going to spend money on a vehicle, but the dealership felt it more important to have a meeting. My suggestion moving forward for this company is to schedule your Sales meetings earlier than your posted hours of operation! Shame because I was very interested in the VW. More

Run Forest, Run! Worst experience ever! I've had my Dodge Ram back for service on two separate occasions. So far they've just been "hanging parts on" to the tune of a Worst experience ever! I've had my Dodge Ram back for service on two separate occasions. So far they've just been "hanging parts on" to the tune of almost $4k and the problem STILL ISN'T FIXED! Luckily I purchased the MOPAR warranty when I bought my truck but I still have to pay a $100 deductible, The worst part is they can't seem to fix the problems and now Jermy the service manager can't be reached by phone and no one cares enough to return calls or text messages! If I could give a negative star review I definitely would. They always have to order parts to fix your problem but then after being at the dealership ALL day for the repairs they seem to discover right at closing time that they now need more parts and they'll have to order them from Orlando. This happened both times I had it there for repairs! Like I said before, RUN FOREST RUN!!!! More
