Gave me my contact in a small closed manilla envelope, never went over it. Found after reading it a few days later that I had been charged $4,479 for add on protection that I had not asked for or agreed never went over it. Says they are family owned and operated, do you treat your family by sneaking extra costs under the table. Retired Chrysler employee so was to receive a discount but the $4,479 added back erased my employees discount plus probably increased my lease payment by a $100 a month. Will never deal with Brooksville CDJR again. And if you're smart, you won, either. More
If you are thinking of going to Brooksville Chrysler on 50, don't. This damage was caused by the dealership. The hood was not latched and flew up. The cover for the fuse box was not secured, either. They had it for 32 days, ruined our vacation and have the worst customer service. The loaner they gave us reeked(4 fragranced odor eliminators under the seats) and was impractical for our needs. After a week or so, they gave us another one that did not give my husband headaches from the smell. If you want to be insulted, go see the Sales Manager Bob. If you need information about your car and like to be ghosted, call Mike(we were told we were #1 priority, LOL!). The Service Manager Charlie is nice, but lacking in automotive knowledge. GM Shannon has her hands full with the bunch she has. They fixed the damage(that could have been avoided), but ruined our plans. Time we can never get back. Go to Jim Browne in Dade City. I wish we had.....😩 More

Buyers should be cautious when dealing with this dealer, as they sell trucks and cars with hidden issues. I purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 and, just two days later, noticed a ticking sound. When I reported it to my salesperson, they dismissed it as normal based on Charlie and Mike's input, which I found hard to believe. I took the truck to Jerry Ulm, where a technician diagnosed a bad lifter. After multiple attempts to contact the general manager, I finally received a response stating that they would only fix it under warranty, but I wouldn’t be provided with a gooseneck rental truck. They suggested trading it in or dealing with the issue myself. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would never treat a customer this way. More
