I saw three new, last year SUVS available on the dealer's website at a discount. I communicated with the dealership several times over the course of the week, with the advertised price of the car being in every correspondence. I made an appointment, they knew I was coming, they knew I was very likely going to buy the specific vehicle. We made the two hour drive to the dealership, we test drove the car and let them look over our trade-in and decided to move forward. It was then that we learned they had raised the price on their website sometime over the course of the past few hours for that specific vehicle. They tried to play it off as that I hadn’t actually seen that price on their site, even after I showed them the e-mails FROM them that included that price. I found the same model but different color on their dealership web page, STILL reflecting the discount that I had come for. They said that price was a mistake, that they had been trying to ‘figure out’ the actual price of the car for the past few days, and that I wasn’t the only one who had come in based on that price this week. Seriously?! Why didn’t they tell me that before I made the drive there, before I wasted my evening with these fools, before I had my mind set on this car? I wasn’t trying to haggle for a lower price, I just wanted the price that they had on their website at that very moment, even willing to compromise for the color I didn’t come for. The salesmen and sales manager at this company are disrespectful, dishonest, and downright devious. I will mention that the owner called later that night to say they would honor the price (of the color we didn’t want) IF we accepted their low ball trade-in offer. After their shady tactics to get us in the door just to set us up for disappointment, I could never imagine trying to work with them on financing or future warranty / repair issues. STAY AWAY and don’t trust a single thing that they advertise! More

Getting screwed at Christopher's Dodge World I bought a Ram 2500 and drove it 800-1000 miles and the rear lug nuts came loose and 1 of the rear wheels came off while driving on i70. The service department only half xxx fixed the truck and expected me to pay for it I ask then to buy it back and they offered $4000 less than what I paid for it. Bought 2 diesel trucks here. Both lemons. Bought 2 trucks here and both were lemons.. So here we go... First truck was a 2011 dodge cummins we bought used from Christopher dodge. The truck was a buy back. Had I known what a buyback was at the time there is no was I would have ever bought this truck.. But Big John told us over and over how the original oil leak problem was fixed and this truck is good to go with an extended warranty. Thats great and all but when the truck breaks down time after time after time the warranty does no good when you business is suffering far worse that the good of the warranty. So long story short... 5 rear main seals in 26k miles. Total junk. So just pissed as ever we go into this place basically crying cause our new used truck is garbage and the problem was NEVER fixed. Basically they lied to sell us a truck. So because we were so desperate and the business was hurting now having a reliable truck.. Big John talked us into another diesel. Only this time a new one. Stupid me right. LOL. Total lemon. The last 2 years have been xxxx. The first time it broke I brought to Boulder and they fixed. The second time I brought to Christoper dodge and they tried to charge me 1200 for a wiring harness... But Rick. What about the extended warranty I bought for 2400??? Oh sorry he says. Doesnt cover it because someone went under your truck and broke this wiring harness. LOL. OK?!? I dont think so. I immediately got my truck and brought to a different dealership where the repair was only 400 and no warranty still wouldnt cover. But why 800 difference??? So as the months go by and the truck keeps breaking time after time after time we are just going crazy now. So with countless hours on the phone with Chrysler customer care, 2 separate case managers (because the first one didnt care and neither did the second one. In fact no one cares at Chrysler) We have had enough. My folder for this truck is thick enough it could be a phone book. The people at Christopher dodge told me to never come back. (5 star treatment huh Rick. You remember dont you!) Chrysler customer care never cared, never got a rental, never did anything but pass the story along and push you off thinking everything is going to be fine. And you ever wonder how they keep giving 9000 in incentives. Its because they over value their crap cars and trucks so when you get a lemon you can get a new truck without a down pmt because remember you used it on the other truck you bought. LOL. This is the same scam the mortgage companies got called out on in 2010 when all the banks went belly up. Remember that. Well its only a matter of time before this corrupt company crumbles and I will never ever ever buy another Chrysler. Just traded that crap diesel in for a Toyota. Ill tell my story until the day I die to prevent others from going down the same road as me. I would have had 1 more year to pay on that cummins if all had gone right but instead im starting 5 years of truck payments over again. This was not in the plan. Chrysler really screwed up my life. Big time and its my duty to tell my story where ever I go!! More
