Originally I came in for a vehicle way out side my price range. After leaving the first time thinking I couldn't get into a new or used vehicle; Kent the sales rep who was trying to help me into a truck loo range. After leaving the first time thinking I couldn't get into a new or used vehicle; Kent the sales rep who was trying to help me into a truck looked to find something would line up where I'd be without a roll over of negative equity from my car. The reason I needed a truck was due to work. The distances at times I need to cover in all sorts of weather where variables. Not a five days after I left with the next truck which Kent was able to find, did it snow. I didn't have to worry about: digging out my car, let alone be late or even sliding off the road. We were at Dodge Christopher World last Saturday looking at a used Jeep Cherokee. The saleman seemed nice at the time. We needed to bring our Jeep in so it could be looked at for a trade, which was done M at a used Jeep Cherokee. The saleman seemed nice at the time. The car they TRIED to make the deal with had over 36 plus thousand miles on it. What a bunch of liers and cheats at this dealership. Good thing we noticed that on the paper before we signed anything. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
I bought 2 cars at Christophers Dodge World at the same time. There was a problem with the 2008 Magnum when we drove it. Felt like the wheels were out of balance. Plus its certified used, you have an 80,000 mile warranty on it." They gave me a due bill at time of purchase and said "just come back in to the service center and they will take care of the problem." I brought it back in to the dealership and they said the tires are shot, they still have descent tread but they can't be balanced. They were cupped or out of round. When I talked to the sales manager he said "sorry, I know you have a due bill but were not going to fix it." I was completely civil through out the conversation. When he didn't want to deal with it anymore he hung up on me. When I called back and talked to someone higher up, they claimed the sales manager hung up because there was a long silence. (BULLSH**) They had me wait all day while they talked to someone else about it, then called back to say sorry were not going to help you. I would never recommend this dealership or would I ever walk in there door again. More
