My Wife and I purchased products Christopher's Dodge World that this dealership is not willing to honer, Kyle Hartman the finance guy that did our deal told us never to come-back to the dealership! We are now having to use legal action to make this dealer honor their contract with us, it is a total nightmare. Based on my experience I cant help but thinking to myself that the other reviews on this website are grossly inaccurate. This company is under investigation from Golden Police for forging signatures of customers contracts, and if you do a search on the web, you can't find anything good posted them. Scotty greeted us upon arrival and provided friendly, competent service throughout the process. He was very low pressure, and let the vehicle do the talking. The service engine soon light was on and the radio faceplate was missing, both of these things were to be corrected and, more or less, were. The SES light was put out and the vehicle's emissions were tested the day of purchase. Two days later, however, the light was back on (though no problems are apparent). The radio faceplate was missing and could not be found, so, at Chistophers Dodge's expense, a new radio was delivered and installed within 48 hours. Overall, we were happy. More

We had purchased another truck from a different dealer 3 years ago and now needed a bigger truck for what we wanted to do. Pat, Adam and Kyle all worked very hard to get us into the used truck that we found years ago and now needed a bigger truck for what we wanted to do. Pat, Adam and Kyle all worked very hard to get us into the used truck that we found on their website. They were fair, courtious and transparent throughtout the entire process! This was a much different experience from when we bought our smaller truck 3 years ago and I came to Christopher's Dodge World warry of going to a dealership. But after our experience I would reccommend them to any of my friends and family. I also used to be very nervous about purchasing an extended warrenty from a dealership but Kyle also worked hard to make sure that we had the coverage we needed (gap insurance and bumper to bumper) without breaking the bank. We now have piece of mind and will be using Christopher's Dodge World to service our vehichle as well. Overall, we drove away feeling great about our purchase and though we had made some new friends! Rare these days! When it comes time for me to trade in the little car I have (our 2nd vehicle)I will be going straight to Christopher's Dodge World to choose from their large inventory and work with their friendly staff! Friendly staff with low pressure sales. Good looking vehicles with competitive prices. Decided to give Dodge World my business simply because Scott was easier to work with than the salesman at the othe vehicles with competitive prices. Based on our visit to the dealership one year ago, I thought we would not be going back to them. I was happy to hear that the salesman we dealt with then did not work there anymore.
