We went to Christopher's Dodge World not planning to buy at the moment - just getting ideas on prices for both new and used Rams. We had an excellent experience and ended up buying a new Ram. Tim Benge was so helpful and upfront about everyhing, without applying pressure. He far exceeded any other dealer we have dealt with in the past. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Adam was able to put together a final price that made us very happy. Freddie Santiago in the finance dept. was also extremely helpful and professional. He provided all the information we needed about all of the options available (ie: extended warranties, etc.)and then let us make our decisions based on his info, with no pressure applied. We would definitely recommend Christopher's Dodge World to anyone looking for a vehicle and we will absolutely return when we are in need of another vehicle. More

I found a Duramax on the Internet, made an appointment to drive it and was sorely disappointed because it was a 6 speed transmission. Mark Kenner stepped up and really knocked me out with his knowledge about trucks. The pros/cons of different systems in the trucks was quite an education for me. He had enough knowledge to contrast the Duramax systems to his competitors. No xx. The whole experience was polished off by a positive experience with the Adam Goad to negotiate the price of vehicle. Everyone always wants a great deal and I felt the end result was win/win. More

I loathe the dealership experience, in fact I do so much homework and prep prior to the dealership experience I usually minimize to less than 2 hours from start to finish, if I can't do that, I'd rather wal homework and prep prior to the dealership experience I usually minimize to less than 2 hours from start to finish, if I can't do that, I'd rather walk out. Anyway, I did most of my price shopping and negotiating with Patrick online, he gave me a quote that I thought was fair so I drove 90 miles after work. I arrived at the dealership at 6:12 PM, Pat proceeded to give me the offer agreed upon (beat local dealer by $300) and then, since I drove the distance, he gave me another $300 off. Saved $600 for driving an hour, and they gave me a very fair trade-in on my 2007 Honda Civic, exactly what he'd told me over the phone. Anyway, I was on the road back home by 8:30PM and 15 minutes was me cleaning out my Honda. Finally, Justin the business office dude, made that experience very pleasant, only took about 10 minutes and I was on my way...I'll give them 5 Stars for the purchase experience, exactly what I wanted, no BS and out the door feeling like I got a great deal...now the car...WOW! The only thing I couldn't find was the autopilot to get us home...Dodge Charger R/T Max is boss in my mind. I can only imagine the service experience will be as good! HIGHLY recommend you deal with Patrick Felton via Internet Sales prior to visiting, 1 phone call, 2 hours and I drove away...nothing like local experiences, they are still calling everyday. More

The dealer, as well as, sales manager Brett, were very friendly and very up front about everything. I contacted the dealership on a Friday night and they were very courteous and gave me quite a bit of information that night to make my trip worth while on Saturday morning. The sales manager was able to work a good deal with us on our trade and I got a car of my dreams!! The car was detailed and ready to go by the time we got there. I was able to take a test drive right away and come back and work the deal on paper. The only downfall, it was busy that day and we had to wait a little long to get into the finance department. Other than that, I am extremely happy with the purchase of the car!!! More

Scotty Antos was incredible. We originally went there for a Used Dodge Charger. My Fiance had a Mitsubishi Eclipse which after having our son in October was not the car that was practical for having a baby. a Used Dodge Charger. Our thoughts were that we needed a car that we could actually get his car seat in with still be sporty enough to satisfy her tastes in sporty cars. We test drove three cars. The original Dodge Charger and after crunching the numbers was a bit out of our price range. Then we test drove a Dodge Avenger and although we loved both cars, they both were still out of our price range. The final one we test drove was the Dodge Caliber. The Caliber, while not as big as the other two, was a very nice car. Practical, great on gas, large enough to accomodate anything we needed for our son. Scotty, during this entire process, was determined to get us both want we wanted and needed. He worked with us for over 7 hours being patient, helpful, and caring to our needs, not to mention putting up with us for that long. He is an incredible sales person. His customer service skills are top notch and if I ever have the opportunity to refer anyone to a car dealship I will refer them to Christopher's Dodge World and Scotty Antos. THANKS SCOTTY!! More

I went on line and furnished some information about a type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Scotty contacted me within a half hour and was attentive to my situation. When he called backed he gave me a few trucks that would fall into the catagory I was after, I scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon and was greeted immediately by Scotty when my wife and I arrived. He guided us toward the inventory of my overall choices and I found a 4x4 Nissan that was just about perfect for my needs. Drove the vehicle then sat down--did the negotiating--went through the finance process and I must admit Scotty did everything possible to make my truck buying experience a rather pleasurable one. When delvering the vehicle the keys were accidently locked inside the truck. Scotty made every effort to get it unlocked--did so and we were on our way.I highly reccomend Scotty Antos as the gentleman to ask for when thinking about purchassing a new or used vehicle from Christopher Dodge.
