When my 8 year old daughter and I arrived I found the employees to be extremely welcoming and friendly. Darrin was absolutely fabulous and very accommodating with my daughter... Even getting her hot chocolate! Darrin took me on a test drive and made sure that I was comfortable with my vehicle choice.. At no time did I feel rushed into a decision. Darron had the finance guru explain some details particular to my situation and made sure that I understood. The level of customer service was simply fabulous! I love my " new" jeep!!! My daughter loves our jeep! She had so much fun and is telling all of her friends about how they were so nice where mommy bought car.... She did get hot chocolate and candy after all! After our old car decided to break down on us, my husband and I were in a bit of a spot and needed a replacement. My mother and I went car shopping to start the process. On a whim, we went to Christopher's Dodge World to see what they had in our price range. When we pulled in, we were immediately greeted by Joe Schwarzkopf. In my experience, car salesmen can be a bit pushy; Joe wasn't even close to that. We explained to him that I had a very limited budget, a budget most salesmen would have walked away. Nope, not Joe! He understood our predictament and started showing us cars with good mileage and UNDER our budget. No upselling at all! He pointed out two cars to us: a 1997 Dodge Stratus and a 2002 Saturn SC1. He assured us that we could get the Saturn for under our budget needs. Next day, my husband came back to buy the car. We had a few hurdles to jump over like financing; the entire time Joe was upbeat and optimistic that we would be approved. And he was right. Had it not been for his optimism we may have walked away without a car. It is because of Joe that we were able to get the car on our terms. Joe is VERY easy to work with and customer service is his #1 priority....makes sense since he's sold cars for over 20 years! Joe will absolutly do whatever he needs to serve his customer. I bought a brand new 2011 Charger. The overall experience was rather painless and good with very low pressure tactics to get me to buy the car. Doug was a good guy and to the point. He did not try and give me all kinds of information that I already knew about the car that I researched very well on before I even drove it. The down side to the deal is that once it was done I had to chase down people to find out what was going on with the car. Waited then waited some more just to find out that I needed to wait some more. I came back later to pick up the car and the detail on it was very bad. The windows were streaked, the door jams were all dirty as well as the roof. All four wheels still had like a tacky sticker portion on them. Bottom line the detail on it stunk. For a brand new car sale I'd expect much, much better. This was nothing at all like my Mercedes dealer did back when I had a Mercedes. To buy a car ther I would recommend the place. As far as getting it cleaned up after a sale or service, I would not at all recomemnd it. More

We origionally called Christopher Dodge World on Thursday Nov. 3, 2011 and talked with Scotty Antos and asked him a lot of questions and told him our questions and concerns with purchasing a vehicle. He was more then willing to answer or find the answer to any question we had. After talking with him we felt more than comfortable to make and appointment and come in to speak with him. He was very helpful in scheduling an appointment that worked best for us. After sitting down in person with him we are very sastified that he was a very honest and straight forward person. He genuinly cared about us and the vehicle he was putting us in. We did not feel like just another sale. He worked very hard to get us into a car with a price that fit into our budget. In the future when we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will not hesitate to call him up. I would also refer any of our friends or family to him. More
