This dealership is super sketchy. Knowing inventory is low and since we are not in a hurray for a new truck we went in to build out a new Dodge Ram Big Horn. The salesmen gave us a price that was $8,000 h low and since we are not in a hurray for a new truck we went in to build out a new Dodge Ram Big Horn. The salesmen gave us a price that was $8,000 higher then the quote we got building it out on line. While we would expect a small differential he had no explanation for the large difference. We brought it to the attention of the manager Randy who agreed that it shouldn't be that different. We agreed to email them the full specs of our online build so they could explain the difference. We did so over a week ago. Randy has not returned my calls and Zach the salesman periodically emails us saying he's "working on it". The last email suggested that we come in to talk it over. We will be going into a dealership in the next week but it won't be there's. Lesson learned: Always build it out on line first to keep them honest. More
From the two week transmission repair too bring my car in for oil changes and then not using my four pack of oil changes and then saying ooops. The final straw was bringing in truck for the brakes at 7am wai for oil changes and then not using my four pack of oil changes and then saying ooops. The final straw was bringing in truck for the brakes at 7am waiting till noon and then mentioning hey how much longer and then then saying oh it hasn’t even gone yet. Another dodge dealership will be getting my business. More
Where to begin: so I found this 2017 Dodge Hellcat Octane Red online at this dealership, even from initial contact the experience was rude and strained. The sales manager literally told me off and hung up th Red online at this dealership, even from initial contact the experience was rude and strained. The sales manager literally told me off and hung up the phone on me when I had $12K as a downpayment for the vehicle but it was their fault that they confused the credit check which took all Saturday morning into the late afternoon. The salesman was perfect, he was trying his best to secure the deal the whole time. Finally, in frustration I went into the dealership and discussed it calmly with the Dealership Manager and amazingly he got the deal done. Let me say this...there wasn't one time where I was rude, loud, or unruly during this experience. Look Hellcats are hard to find and I just wanted the vehicle period. That was my only intent, plain and simple. Now I finally obtained the vehicle I was told that it was certified used and since this is a reputable Dodge dealership so I took their word at face value. Wrong move. So the 1st issue was the front brakes were shot, mind you I didn't even have the car for 4 months. This wasn't an "as is" deal so why are the brakes completely shot? A mechanic asked me: "Hey why didn't they replace these brakes during their certified inspection?" Brembos both front brakes were $2500.00+ after one of CDW service managers offered me a "deal" to replace them. Really? Why wasn't this addressed during the certified inspection? More importantly, why did I have to pay for them WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE CAR OVER 4 MONTHS? And I know what you're thinking, you were driving like a maniac. (No, this Hellcat is being built as a show car, so it remains in the garage and its only for weekends. And I'm about 50 years old, so my driving crazy days have long been over.) Hello, one those service managers should have realized hey something is wrong here and said hey we need to inspect your car. Then the GPS unit was in the wrong location, meaning that it was triangulating in another state. They told me hey we'll call you with an update, 3 months went by I had to call them because they forgot about it. Finally, about 6 months later they changed the unit. Then the Pirelli tires all 4 were awful when I went to a tire shop and they showed me the all around wear. And the tire manager said the same thing why weren't these tires changed during the inspection? So $1300.00 later 6 months into having this vehicle I had to purchase a new set of Nittos. Now I was going let by gones be by gones but its this little thing that tore it with me. This little thing was freon replacement today $500.00, even the store manager asked me hey why didn't dealership handle this during the inspection? The irony is next month will be a year since I purchased this Hellcat. I absolutely love the car because Christophers Dodge World not handling these issues when these repairs could have been resolved during a CERTIFIED USED INSPECTION killed everything. I mean yall could have repaired and replaced all of these issues for free but its obviously you DID NOT PERFORM AN INSPECTION. The worse part is I ended paying for it all, $4300.00 worth! Come on, that isn't acceptable. So take my strong sound advice if you are planning to buy a "certified used" vehicle from CDW BEWARE. Save yourself the economical pain and service managers rejection (they're quick to say its not under warranty, every single time) try a new vehicle there or if you're dead set on a certified used vehicle, shop elsewhere. My son bought a used truck that within days began to have serious problems. The dealer after much negotiation replaced the fuel pump but refused to do anything re the new injectors that were needed and cost serious problems. The dealer after much negotiation replaced the fuel pump but refused to do anything re the new injectors that were needed and cost us $4,600. When I spoke to Rick, the service manager, he told me that most people trade in used vehicles because there's something wrong with them. He said they put just a small amount of gasoline or diesel fuel in them, drive them around for about twenty minutes, and then put them on the lot to sell. He was also rude and kept interrupting me. He made the best case I've ever heard for never buying a used vehicle especially from them. I had to finance the truck for my son, and I never received a thank you for my business. I sent the first payment to them, because that's what was on my paperwork, and I'd never received anything from a bank. They mailed my check back to me with a post-it note on it that read "DO NOT(underlined) send us your loan payment. You need to be paying your lender directly for your loan." I wasn't going to write a bad review because I usually just let things go, but that was the last straw. Avoid this dealer for used vehicles at all costs. The only good thing was the salesman, Chase. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. When I went to go look at the vehicle I wanted to purchase, the management team was driving it for personal use. When I asked, oh can I still see it? I purchased a new 2021 ram longhorn and although there were some initial hiccups getting the deal financed I have to say that my salesman Chase and Justin the finance manager went above and beyond to make were some initial hiccups getting the deal financed I have to say that my salesman Chase and Justin the finance manager went above and beyond to make things right and regain my business and loyalty. Justin spent lots of time going back and forth with the bank and in the end was able to save me thousands and get a much better deal then was originally contracted. Although I had a negative opinion of the dealership after my initial experience Justin turned that around and I will definitely buy from them again Justin should definitely be promoted More

A women is not safe buying a car here. Purposeful and manipulative tactics that prey on women are deployed at every single turn. Examples include but are not limited to 1) lying about not receiving an email to place phone call, 2) promising numbers in writing and arriving to sign the deal and numbers changing, 3) purposefully setting up scenarios in which a woman is alone and on the premises in order to intimidate and demonstrate power over. These may be tactics for "sales" but they are archaic and in any other circumstance considered harassment, if not abuse. This may be par for the course when buying a car or truck, but this is where this experience happened to me so I need to report it. If you are a woman and need to buy a truck, do not shop here. These men are trained by managers to manipulate and intimidate you. To the boys that are doing the bidding for the managers, I am genuinely saddened that this is how you have learned to function in this world. Best of luck to the women out there. More
I made and appointment 1 week in advance with the service department for an oil change at 12:15 pm, since 12:00 was already taken. When I arrived, I was told there are no appointments for an oil change and I department for an oil change at 12:15 pm, since 12:00 was already taken. When I arrived, I was told there are no appointments for an oil change and I would need to wait SEVERAL hours for an oil change. Never again! Oh, I was going to look at a Dodge Durango to purchase when I was there too. No business for Christopher Dodge!!! More
