Matt Hopper the Internet Manager that help me searched the large inventory of cars that fit my criteria and matched me with a Loaded Honda Accord. The sales managers went way above and beyond to make the deal work, from shaving a few dollars off multiple ways to fit the best loan approval with a ridiculously low rate. (the lowest I have EVER qualified for.) Offered to repair everything I was concerned with and where extremely fair when I found a nail in a tire after the sale was complete. Without reservation, when it comes to fairness, price and a dealer that truly cares about the long term relationship with repeat clients, I recommend the Christopher's Dodgeworld and Mitsubishi stores... Be sure to as for the handsome Matt Hopper in the Internet Dept, he is a deal maker that wants to earn your business and referrals, and it shows. Thank you Matt and Team. Christopher’s Dodge World provided me THE BEST buying experience that I have had to date (this being my eighth vehicle purchase). I bought a 2012 Laramie Ram 4x4 crew cab – what an awesome truck! Let me explain what led me to my review: I started my search Sunday evening using USAA auto buying that quickly provides me 1) online easy financing (typically the most aggressive, have never been beat by the dealership financing), 2) National Auto Buying Assistance where they provide me the insider scoop on what a car/truck should sell for and what others are paying for that vehicle and 3) a network of dealerships that will honor the group pricing for the chance to be recommended to the USAA banking members. In the past, this has been the ‘can’t be beat’ option as USAA is dialed in for their members and typically are using the sheer mass of members to negotiate rock bottom pricing and top notch service. That evening, I sent an email to the three recommended dealerships which were Pro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Thornton, Go Ram Southwest in Littleton and AutoNation Direct in Centennial. I narrowed my search to the dealership in Thornton and decided to move forward with the selection of a new truck. I made it very clear that I was ready to buy and they seemed ready to sell. Over the course of the next two days, the dealership completely dropped the ball and out of frustration, I went in to Christopher’s Dodge World. I must explain, I wish I had gone there first but I am a creature of habit and my USAA buying experiences before this purchase were rated among the best purchasing experiences that I’ve had with big ticket items. Matt was the lucky one to get to meet a ‘hopping mad’ customer that honestly needed to vent before he went shopping. Matt was a champ and did a great job at listening to my needs and wants. He started out by showing me how their website is set up to not only show MSRP but what the other dealerships won’t do, they list the discount that they will give up front (a novel idea)! This told me that Christopher Dodge was ready to sell a truck. Long story short, in the matter of 36 hours they presented the truck of choice, attempted to get a truck from the ‘other dealership’, after being told that the truck wasn’t available at invoice price, they showed me their inventory and helped me find the perfect fit. I had test drove, selected a truck and agreed on the price with the sales person all before the other dealership even bothered to call me back. Through the entire process I did not feel like I was being pressured, Matt did an awesome job at being available but giving me space to think through the decision and to crunch the numbers on my own. This approach to selling demonstrates their confidence in the product they sell and the pricing that they are selling it for. The kicker to this story is that I had already predetermined through my study with USAA buying services what I’d be willing to pay for the truck. Christopher’s Dodge didn’t only meet my price requirement but they beat it, hands down. To top my experience off, I told them that I was already approved with financing and they asked if they could try to beat it. Guess what…. They DID! They beat my banks rate by .75 on the same terms! I don’t care what anyone says… I am a customer of Christopher’s Dodge for life! These experts know how to sell cars and trucks and I want to work with professionals like that! Thanks! By the way – I sent a picture of my new truck to the other dealership that failed to provide service to a willing and ready customer. BTW - I used to be a Chevy Owner.... sure is a nice Dodge! More

My wife and I were just begininng too look for a replacement vehicle, and ended up walking out with new one the same afternoon. I went to Christopher Dodge to special order a new Ram 3500 to my specification. Tim & Company were 100% accomodating. They did not try to talk me into a vehicle that was already on the lot, etc. We sat a 3500 to my specification. Tim & Company were 100% accomodating. They did not try to talk me into a vehicle that was already on the lot, etc. We sat at the computer, entered all my option specs, and spit out an order sheet. We agreed upon a selling price, I gave a deposit, and the truck got ordered. The truck was built and delivered within the given time estimate. The sales / contracting process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very helpful, not trying to oversell any add-ons. Was in and out of the Dealership in less than two hours, the only way to do business. Thank you for the help & thank you for a great new truck. More

THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT :) I REALLY THOUGHT THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT :) I REALLY THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UP UNTIL THE PART THEY SCREWED UP AFTER WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND WERE SUPP THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT :) I REALLY THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT UP UNTIL THE PART THEY SCREWED UP AFTER WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND WERE SUPPOSE TO GET NERF BARS ADDED ON. MANAGEMENT HAD NO AMBITION TO STEP IN AND HELP. OUR SALES PERSON DID WHAT HE COULD TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT HOWEVER HE HAS NO POWER WHEN IT COMES TO CERTAIN THINGS SO GETTING THINGS HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER WAS HARD. WE PURCHASED THE NERF BARS IN ADDITION FOR CONVENIENCE. THEY ENDED UP PUTTING THE WRONG ONES ON THAT DIDN'T EVEN MATCH OUR TRUCK. WE HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 5-6 TRIPS TO THE DEALERSHIP REGARDING ITEMS AND WHEN YOU HAVE A SMALL CHILD AND YOU WORK THE LAST THING IS TO SPEND ALL YOUR SATURDAYS AT A DEALERSHIP AFTER YOU PURCHASED A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET THE NEW VEHICLE DETAILED THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND THEY ENDED UP SCRATCHING OUR TRUCK. REMIND YOU BRAND NEW TRUCK 2012 DODGE RAM MEGA CAB. WE TOOK IT IN FOR DETAIL WORK AS THEY STATED THEIR COLLISION CENTER COULD FIX IT. WE GOT IT BACK WITH WAX ALL OVER IT BECAUSE THEY WERE AFRAID TO WASH IT SINCE THEY SCRATCHED IT THE FIRST TIME, STILL DIDN'T GET DETAILED. YOU CAN STILL SEE SOME SCRATCHES AND WHEN THEY BUFFED SOME ITEMS OUT THEY BURNT THE LOGO ON THE TRUCK SO IT IS FADED. IF WE WOULD OF NEVER WANTED CONVENIENCE I BELIEVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUT AFTER ALL THIS I DON'T EVEN WANT THE TRUCK ANYMORE BECAUSE WHAT I WANTED WAS EASY A NEW TRUCK AND BE HAPPY AND I GOT A MESS. I had researched the inventory and selected a particular Dodge Challenger. He knew right where is was and we went to it and I examined it in great detail. Joe answered all of my prepared questions about the features and options the car had. Then we went for a test drive. It went very well. I was convinced that I wanted to buy this car but I needed to arrange my financing. So I told Joe I would be back in the afternoon and we would negotiate a deal. When I returned in the afternoon I had a coupon for an additional $1000 off of the already discounted sales price. To my surprise they accepted the deal. (I thought they would say one discount or the other). So while the service department got the car ready, Joe and I swapped stories until the papers needed to be signed. After that Joe took me out to my new Challenger and presented me with the key fob's and the paperwork and the temporary plates and I was off. About a week later I was in the parking lot of a grocery store when a stranger came up to me and started asking questions about the car and the dealership. I gave him Joe's name and he already knew the name of the dealership from the temporary plates on the car. About an hour later at a big box store two men came up to me and asked about how I liked the car and its performance. We discussed the statistics of the Challenger for several minutes and I also gave them Joe's name and the dealership. So yes I would recommend Joe Schwarzkopf and Christopher's DodgeWorld to any one who will just ask. More
