I would never buy a car, new or used, from this dealership. We experienced a major problem with a used truck and were treated horribly. They have no clue on how to deal with people who have a problem with the merchandise they sell! More

This is my second car buying experience here, and would highly recommend them for a new or used vehicle purchase. From beginning to end the whole thing went smoothly, from our initial conversation to t highly recommend them for a new or used vehicle purchase. Doug had already warmed up the truck I was interested in, and had the temp tag on it so we could go for a test drive. It didn't take long to realize that this was the truck for us. Upon returning, they quickly checked our trade in (Which we bought from them last year), and offered us over 2000 more than another dealer did the day before. The finance department pulled off a miracle, getting the lowest rate I've seen for years on a new vehicle. All told, I think we were there for maybe 3 hours. Very quick (I had dropped by another dealer in town the day before and it took them three hours just to give me some rough numbers). Doug, thanks buddy. You did an outstanding job. More

This only being the second dealership experience we’ve ever had we were kind of nervous and didn’t really know what to expect. My wife and I like many other people out there have heard all the horror stories of the “high pressure” sales environments often presented by dealerships. And let me tell you this was anything but. From our great salesman Scotty to the finance manager Tim, who gave us our non-intimidating credit buying experience. Everyone at Christopher’s Dodge was friendly and really made us feel like they had my wife and I’s best interests at heart. Even the GM Alex came down and talked with us while we were finalizing our purchase. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I would like people to know that buying a new car doesn’t have to be a stressful or intimidating experience. The great people down at Christopher’s Dodge showed us how (dare I say) fun it really can be. Thank Scotty and Tim! You and the amazing people down there really got us a great truck and we without a doubt, will be back to see you again. A week and a half ago I decided I would buy a new truck so I went by a Dodge Dealership and spoke with a salesman. There was not much of a selection nor would they give me an indication as to how much the so I went by a Dodge Dealership and spoke with a salesman. So after going to a Chevy dealership and getting treated great I decided to try Christopher Dodge. I called them and reached Adam Goad, what a nice professional youngman. Within 10 minutes he had me on the website looking at the truck he thought would closely match what I wanted. Two minutes later he gave me what I thought was a very fair price. An hour later I decided I wanted to take it for a drive so I called him up and he had the truck waiting in front for me. Alan then introduced me to the salesman Scotty Antos. Scotty told me a bit about the truck and then we went for what I thought would be a 15 minute test drive. During the test drive Scotty answered every single question I had on the truck. When we where headed back to the dealership I called my wife to tell her I liked the truck. Scotty said "Go get her." I said "she is 10 miles away" he said "go get her, I only sell one vehicle at a time and we are going to do this right, go get her". After an hour long test drive we headed back to the dealership and I said to both of them this doesn't feel right we didn't bicker on the price to which Alan replied "I took that away from you didn't I?" Long and short of it both Adam and Scotty were great to work and I left that evening in a new truck. I would highly recommend Christopher Dodge and especially Adam and Scotty both of which are extremly knowledgable about their product and a pleasure to work with. Thank you both very much. I have purchased several vehicles from Christopher's Dodge World and the experience keeps getting better and better. My Dodge 2500 Diesel, My wife told the salesman over the phone what we wanted and wh Dodge World and the experience keeps getting better and better. My Dodge 2500 Diesel, My wife told the salesman over the phone what we wanted and what we wanted to pay (Thinking you won't be able to do it) and he said, I have four to choose from. My wife and I were looking to add another vehicle to the family and we were looking at the Ford Explorer and Dodge Durango. After driving the Durango R/T to pick her up and realizing the crew would better fit our family needs...after a brief pout cession, Scotty showed us the Durango Crew with all the upgrades we both wanted, in case we have more grandkids she says...Any more grandkids and I'm Going to need a sports car. Scotty, Adam and Joe were very professional, knew their business and I got out of ther without trading my 2500 Diesel in for a new truck. More

Don't be fooled by a momentary low price, it will go up. Don't be fooled into thinking that the owner is concerned about your business or about you as a customer, he is not. After spending $35,000 on a truck, I had a problem. The GM took my issue to Hall but Hall told the manager to get out of his office. Hall would not speak with me, saying that is what he pays his managers for. He is a coward and does not care about you as a customer or anything else, so long as he gets his sale. Spread the word. DO NOT BUY FROM CDW!!!! More
