I was dealing with several other dealerships on line and via phone, Jon Dover was very informative, friendly and upfront on the process. He was not pushy, and kept in contact at reasonable intervals. After coming in and meeting Mr. Dover, I knew I made the right choice, he listened to what I wanted and needed and helped out. The pricing was great! The gentleman in finance was terrific as well!! Called service to inquire about fuel filters for my Ram. Called service to inquire about about and make an appointment to change the fuel filters on my '14 Ram 3500. I was told I didn't need an appointment a Called service to inquire about about and make an appointment to change the fuel filters on my '14 Ram 3500. I was told I didn't need an appointment as this service is offered in their Express lane. If I could get it there by 5pm I could wait for it and have it done in an hour or less. I was there at 4:55, they took it to the service garage and yes, I had it back in 45 minutes. The service cost me much less than expected (and to think I was considering doing it myself, there are 2 filters), the technician cleaned the areas he worked on and competed the job very professionally.Honestly, I couldn't expect any better service all around. I purchased the Ram about 4 months ago at Christopher and it was a great experience! More

BAIT AND SWITCH This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership made me mad enough to write this review . Found the new RAM truck truck I wanted agreed This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership made me mad enough to write this review . Found the new RAM truck truck I wanted agreed to the price on Saturday evening at 7 PM Jason the salesman confirmed with me over the phone and with an email. ''This is Jason. I received your emails late last night, and I wanted to get back to you by email. We are not supposed to conduct business on Sundays, so let’s just consider this a chat amongst friends. I will be meeting you tomorrow I will have the papers printed tomorrow morning as soon as we open at 8:30 AM. Please feel free to contact me by cell or this email if you have any questions. Thanks! Jason'' Said they would be closed on Sunday deliver the truck on Monday morning at 10 AM. I filled out the forms emailed them back and said he would see me at 10 AM. At 9:30 AM: he called and said the truck was not available that it was sold to someone else it was unfortunate but these things happen but he can substitute it with another truck that was not exactly like the one I wanted but a lower range model. It was the old deceitful trick of bait and switch what a waste of time and effort beware of this dealership. More

Purchased a new Ram 2500 truck I wasn't even really seriously considering buying a new truck, but I came across superb pricing on some of the trucks on the Christopher's Dodge World I wasn't even really seriously considering buying a new truck, but I came across superb pricing on some of the trucks on the Christopher's Dodge World website, chatted briefly with Matt Hopper online. I did have a trade-in, he gave him direct line to call at my leisure to give him information. I did and he requested I fill out a credit app on the website and it was easy as that. He then emailed me some quotes. We negotiated a few times back and forth on what I wanted for trade in and a few accessories on the new truck. The deal even got sweeter once I arrived, as I was able to acquire additional warranty coverage and after seeing my trade in, they gave me more $$$. The paperwork was all ready for me to sign. Matt showed me how all the bells and whistles operated on my truck, gave me a fuel voucher and off I went! BEST vehicle buying experience I've ever had!! A++++ in my book! I will be a repeat customer! Thank you More

I wasn't even sure that I was in the market to trade but after seeing the offer on my car and the ease of getting into the new one, it turned me around. My last 2 vehicles were purchased from Christopher's and I have had great experiences both times. I also brought my last vehicle to Christopher's for oil changes and have had very good experiences with the service department. I'm sure they will be my first choice when I decide to trade again. We were on a tight budget, and they were more than accommodating and understanding of our needs. I appreciate the high levels of expertise with this dealership. The high quality of professionalism, as well as the personable staff is what will make me a return customer. From the sales floor to the finance department....it was a very nice and comfortable situation for us. Oh and not to forget most importantly, they had a play room for my kiddos to stay occupied:) Love a kid friendly environment! Thank you all! A+ in my book...which is hard to accomplish. More
